   YOU WONT GET YOUR ORDER I paid £100 upfront on 11th November for a 30-pack of shooting star roman candles and smoke bombs as shown in the attached order confirmation, and as of 16th December I still haven’t received a thing. For the past month I’ve been trying to arrange collection, and the seller has been ignoring messages, not answering calls, cancelling last minute, and repeatedly telling me “it’ll be ready tomorrow” which has never been true. On one occasion he even went out for a meal during the time he scheduled for me to collect my order. I contacted him through email, text, and phone, and each time I either received no reply or another empty promise. It’s been nothing but delays, excuses, and total unreliability. At this point I’m angry, disappointed, and completely fed up. This has been one of the most unprofessional buying experiences I’ve ever had. I wish I looked at the previous 1 start reviews, as it's clear this isn't the first time this has happened. I strongly advise you to avoid Demon Fireworks, save your money and buy from a seller who actually communicates and delivers what you pay for.
