Without doubt probably the best food we've had out for years, please dont tell anyone as everyone will decend! Seriously though 100% recommend booking a table and experience it for yourself

Stopped by for lunch en route elsewhere. Expectations were exceeded. Food was really good - between us we had half a duck, pork roast, and leg of lamb. Good selection of beers including some alcohol free versions.

A lovely gastropub, and probably the best food in Bridgnorth. Really friendly and attentive staff, both in the downstairs bar and upstairs restaurant. A really lovely old building too. My Black Pudding Scotch Egg was the highlight, and my Red Thai Curry with King Prawns had the perfect spice balance. A very good dinner/evening.

My family and I spent the day in Bridgnorth and had lunch at the Royle. The staff were really friendly and polite and the atmosphere was nice too. All members of the party were happy with their dishes (albeit there was a total of nine chips with my fish and chips). Overall a good place to dine at if you're stopping off in bridgnorth

Stumbled across The Royle on our first night stay in Bridgnorth and had a delicious 2 course meal. We booked for the following 3 nts as the menu had so much choice and the prices and quality of food were spot on! The following meals did not disappoint, all amazing! The staff, ambience and food would all rate at 5 stars. Thank you Mark and Michelle

One of the best pubs I've been to in England! A nice and cosy ambient, with great staff and excellent food. We had the Sunday roast (pork belly) and it was delicious. And so was the desert. We table was just by the fireplace, which was very much welcome on a cold and rainy Sunday. Will be coming back!

Really enjoyed coming here after hearing good things. Staff were great and very knowledgeable on food allergies and were really attentive all night. Food was really good and a good drinks menu too! Just what the high street needed! Definitely going back!
