Nipa was amazing! I had my final session of full body and face & she made sure I was comfortable throughout and was very patient, making sure the experience didn’t feel rushed nor painful. She is so lovely and honestly went above and beyond with her level of customer service.

Romford has always been excellent in their customer service, very welcoming and professional. I had my session today and as I dont always stick to 1 particular therapist due to dates/busy times. I had Helen @Romford today and she was very thorough in both using the equipment to her level of customer service. All therapist have their own technique, but I felt Helen using the equipment properly to cover all the sections of the area. Thank you!

I’ve been 5 or 6 times to this clinic and had different therapists for laser hair removal. They have all been professional, informative and reassuring. Nothing feels rushed and they are so happy to help. Can’t recommend them enough.
