   Wish I could give zero stars - I was referred to this physio clinic through a medical specialist which concluded I would not require surgery for my partially torn hamstring. Through their online booking system i was able to schedule an appointment within days to see a physio. Unpon arriving at the clinic for my appointment, i waited for a few minutes and was greeted by a young lady who informed me she would be assessing and providing a treatment plan for me. She seemed to be slightly inexperienced as she did not have my MRI results nor the summary notes which described my injury. I thought this was slightly strange, but in the abscence of this information she proceeded to ask if i could lie on the clincial assessment bed and began to conduct exercises on my leg to understand the extent of the damage. Once completing this, she provided two exercises and requested i shared the MRI results. I shared the MRI results as soon as i could, and followed up with a call to the receiptionst to check if they had received these results. To my surprise they had not (3 weeks had passed at this point) . In this case I resent the results and requested the receptionist on the phone to confirm on email that they had recived these results - they confirmed instantly... But weeks have now gone past and i have not heard anything from the physio on a follow up appointment. Also, despite doing the exercises provided, the condition of my leg has worsened and i have had to transfer to another physio due to the lack of response and follow up from my initial appointment.

   I booked an assessment session at this place for my mother who has undergone a recent hip operation. To our horror we first discover that there is no accessibility ramp to access the building, just two large concrete slabs. Once we manage to get into the building it turns out this place is on the Top Floor and the only way to get there is a staircase. How earth did they reason here? How can you have a physiotherapy clinic when those in need of any sort of leg or hip related therapy can't get up the stairs? We had to cancel the session and return home, the whole trip was a waste of time and petrol.

   Struggled with first therapists English. He has left and was transfered to Bertha .Very happy with her treatment ,has really helped with pain and mobility .

   Pretty much useless. I am only leaving two stars because the guy was at least polite. That said his English was so poor that 1. He could not express himself property to make the assessment and I had to repeat the same thing multiple times; 2. He could not properly explain the exercises and I had to ask him multiple questions as to repetitions, form, etc; 3. He did not explain what the physical exam tests were for or what he was going to do, which is rather important when you have a stranger's hands touching you; and 4. He could not tell me what is wrong and said that I should go to my GP and get a scan. Despite that he suggested exercises for me to do, and told me that my injury may be or may not be serious. When you are a paying customer and in pain, a "maybe" just don't suffice... How can I be sure that his exercises are not going to make my injury worse? Get staff, who speaks English and can understand the complaints and history of a patient..
