I had heard of sports massages but I’ve never really understood the need but now I fully understand how incredible they are for any injuries or pain you may be suffering. But I badly injured my neck and was struggling with pain and moving my head to the right. after just one hour session with Lenny I noticed a huge improvement with mobility and pain relief almost instantly It was still not 100% but after 48 hours doing some gentle excercise Lenny advised to do I am back to being 100% with my neck and completely out of pain. “Recently had a 10th Birthday party at Goals, South Ruislip. This was the first time using Goals and wish we had done it for all previous football parties as this was by far the best. The classes are challenging and fun, Jamie’s SPARR classes, in particular, always push me to go beyond what I thought I could do, and are so much fun, I tend to attend every week! “The main reason I'm going to this gym is because I follow my personal trainer Bernard (@pt.bernard on instagram) around wherever he goes! He's been training me since 2018 and my life hasn't been the same since. He's supportive, checks in with me every session to tailor it to my needs that day, and has given me lots of health/diet/fitness advice besides only in our sessions. He's made me lots stronger so I can be a confident base in partner acrobatics. All in all, I really go to this Fitness First for him. :) The gym itself is ok, the sauna and steamroom are nice, but the whole place is deeply in need of a renovation.”

“All the guys at the desk are super helpful. The facilities are excellent, I used to play badminton there when it had the Whitton "Dome" visible from the A316, but now it's been brought bang up to date with the new school buildings. The only slight downside is that a badminton training there is more expensive than Hampton with the danger amount of time and the same coach”
