   very poor service, been with them for 8 years ish for many insurance policies, made 2 claims in that time, 1 was a theft and 1 was strom wind damge, they were no help whatsover and only seem to use AVIVA, which are shocking, probably cost me £25000 in total using proaktive.. when i did a policy on my own it was £1200 as per there £3000 cheapest claim they quoted me. I asked why they only seem to use Aviva and complained , they said theyd get back to me before 26 June. I knew they wouldnt and they haven't. Proaktiv are great at taking money from you but if you need to claim, they dont answer the phone or help in any way. I look forward to telling people about my experience. AWFUL
