   If I could give zero i would have, this company is a scam BEWARE DON'T USE There is no email, no phone number, you cannot contact these people unless you have an accident. I'd rather pay £100 more and use a reputable company. These should be reported

   Reference Jack 21st Nov 2025 …. Professional and knowledgeable, friendly, cool, calm and collected. I had arranged to make my payment today but when I got online the electronic address list based on post code was missing my house name? Tried everything and got stuck in a loop which could only be resolved by choosing my neighbours house name. However, Jack was excellent in addressing my concerns around whether the payment would still go through under a different house name but in essence the same address. I was impressed he knew the answer that yes it would as the address at that stage is used to simply check the location which was next door to me. My account holds my correct legal address. Jack was very friendly often using my first name and was very efficient requesting I check my bank account for the payment status and the confirmation email whilst he checked whether my payment had gone through at his end. All necessary and to add to this he said he would bring the issue up with his supervisor and maintenance team to check it operates correctly / gets fixed asap. Jack has an assertive style about him and covered all concerns. Payment gone through hence a five star performance from an outstanding member of the Team. Best of luck in the competition.    I recently changed insurance providers. I made a mistake when filling in the documentation giving the wrong information. When I discovered this I panicked. I was going round in circles with an A.I chat, gave up and wrote to the company. I received an extremely prompt reply, and this morning I had a live chat with a lovely person called Abbie. Problem sorted, another worry off my list. Thank you Abbie T

   Used the chat facility and was very lucky to have reached Shanice B from YOGA. Absaloutely fantastic service today. Seamless conversation with very prompt responses from Shanice B who was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. Immediately resolved my issues within less than five minutes. Well done YOGA and well done Shanice B. Thank you no time wasted here sat waiting for chat bots or long response times.

   Please do not make the mistake of doing business with this company. They are good at taking your money, but when it comes to actually communicating with you and providing customer services, you will find that they don't have any customer care and the only way to communicate is via chat, where the operators are unhelpful and when you ask to speak to a manager they just disconnect you. I have just been disconnected for the third time after asking 4 times to speak to a manager. The operatives that i did get on chat, were unhelpful, unprofessional and I didn't get anywhere trying to resolve my issue. I would not recommend anyone use this company, thank goodness that i didn't actually have to claim on the policy because if their customer service is indicative of their claims service, they would have been a total nightmare. 0/10 for customer care, 0/10 for valuing customers, 0/10 for helpfulness

   Yoga Insurance is priced well, etc; however, you never really know how good your insurance company is until you actually have to use their services! I would advise to stay far away from this company. After I was in a car accident and lost use of my car, not only did the insurance company's shop take a month to just pick up my car for repairs, I had to spend 1200 quid to tow it home. In addition, since I needed a car to get to work, I requested a hire car since I have "Guaranteed Hire" coverage on my insurance policy. Their policy is geared toward their own benefit, NOT YOURS!! They never offer you the guaranteed hire, you have to know to ask for it, they will always refer you to the shop to use the shops "courtesy car" who usually have no cars available. I am left without a car to get to work, which I've made very clear to the multitude of agents to which I've spoken, they will not refer you to a manager if you ask, and ALL communication is through a chat, you cannot actually CALL or talk to anyone. If you look at their policies, they are written to stall and prevent your use of the benefits of your insurance agreement for which you've paid. They have no problem collecting your money, but want ALL the benefits of the business relationship rather than treat their customers fairly and provide actual customer service. With ALL of your insurance options, it would behoove you to stay FAR FAR FAR away from this company. The worst insurance company I have ever come across, and I've been around for a while!

   Only just bought a car policy and realised I had made a mistake with the start date Tried to change it on the ‘manage my policy’ but I couldn’t seem to do it so I opted for the live chat. The online chat help was extremely helpful and put things right for me It didn’t take long for them to respond to my request which was a real bonus. Thank you Yoga Instance.

   I have been trying to make contact to report a claim for 5 days. I am always in a very long queue. I managed to speak to a lovely chap on Friday. Unfortunately it was out of hours. He told me someone would contact me the next day. It's now Monday and I'm still waiting. I'm so disappointed with this insurer.
