    Apparently their website states "here to save you money and hassle". Well it was the worst quote and yearly price increase I've ever had. I had no claims or convictions and nothing had changed from the previous year. An on line quote for the same cover was £177 a year cheaper!

    Started off as competitive price. But when I tried to stay loyal and add another van to my policy. The price was not the best in town at all. I ended up shopping around and found my van insurance for half the price. I will be leaving a plan after the original policy runs out. They got greedy

    twice I rang them to get insurance for my vehicle and twice they were going to get back to me and twice they didn't. so they've lost me twice!!! And I didn't go in there, or wouldn't now, I just parked outside!

    After having numerous policies for a few years my van renewal quote was higher than elsewhere. They couldnt match it and from there it went downhill. Service has been shocking. Refund took to long and was over charged because of there poor service. Still not recieved my Proof of no claims to produce to new provider after being told it would be with me within 24hours. No call backs as promised. I wont be renewing my other 2 policies and will now shop elsewhere.
