You can tell how rude the staff are just by reading their replies on here (proves a lot of the negative reviews are true). Their unprofessional responses to public reviews are enough to put anyone off from visiting. I’m shocked that they think the best way to respond to criticism is with defensiveness and argument. Absolutely disgraceful.

A group of friends and I had a table booked at the club. Upon arrival, we were denied entry because one of my friends wasn't wearing smart shoes. This wouldn't have been an issue if it were a consistent policy. We returned home to change shoes and were eventually allowed in. However, we later noticed several other people wearing trainers. It seems unfair that customers who've spent hundreds of pounds on a table booking can be refused entry, while others can enter without adhering to the dress code.

A group of six of us weren’t let in because one of us had an Umbro jumper on which they classed as sportswear. Straight afterwards a girl wearing a football jersey got let in. We were a mixed group but a boy was wearing an Umbro jersey. We were nothing but polite but still refused entry after we bought tickets and denied any sort of refund even though the rest of us were wearing appropriate clothing. Won’t be going there again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. STAFF NOT PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMERS MISTREATED Went with a group of friends ( 9 people in total). Paid on entry and bought drinks at the bar with no issue. My friends and I were dancing at the side of the bar when 2 staff members (1 male security and 1 female club staff member) were moving a till float together to go behind the bar. The security guy pushed one of my friends out of the way which shocked us and we talked about it in our group and continued dancing. The security guy and other staff member came back same direction we were in and my friend who was previously pushed tried to talk to the security guy to ask why he pushed him and the security guy started to get aggressive with my friend and provoking him to start a fight. The female staff member got involved and was shouting at my friend for confronting the security guy. Things escalated from there and my friend started to get angry and more security came and kicked all 9 of us out of the club. They kicked 9 people who were not even drunk or causing issues over the unprofessional behaviour of a security staff member. Went outside and tried to talk to security and explained everything and made a complaint. We all complained to security and expressed how we were mistreated and felt discriminated against - only for security to go ahead and ask their fellow staff (who pushed my friend) to give details of what happened and come back telling us the stories do not match. Only got told manager will look into this and investigate. A guy who was claiming he is one of the managers approached us outside the club and apologised and said it will be investigated. He asked to follow my friend on Instagram and started promising to give free club entry for next time. I asked my friend to decline this as it does not solve the main issue here. We eventually left the area after complaining about the mistreatment we went through. Very very disappointed in the way the staff work. No sense of customer service or professionalism towards their customers. Working in a club where you mostly come across drunk people should not give staff the right to mistreat customers. DEFINITELY WON'T BE VISITING THIS PLACE AGAIN

Compared to the negative reviews I had a pretty good night here, prebooked a booth for £650, I could be wrong but was the Captain Morgans £120 for a litre bottle?

Had an amazing time here for my friends birthday, all staff really friendly. We had a table booked, our hostess Lillie was so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond for our group! The bouncer Tom that was guarding the table area too was so kind and helpful even when asking for directions etc which they don’t need to do! Amazing night and the team made it so much better
