The best and biggest, tastiest, full of flavour bao buns I have ever had. 100% recommend. Gyoza and loaded chips great too.

Popped in for lunch, and was pleasantly surprised. Food was great and the portions quite generous and I'm looking forward to coming back again.

Recently re-opened as Brew York and Little Bao Boy collaboration this is a great venue to have open in Chapel Allerton. Loads of delicious beer and other drink options and the food we had was excellent. We'll definitely be coming back. Great for a relaxed dining option.

Today was the grand opening of this new venue and I'm really pleased that we came along. There's an extensive range of cask and craft beers, plus some excellent food. The venue itself is impressive, with plenty of space inside and outside (covered if the weather's not great). I'm sure it's going to be very popular. P.S. Ignore any photos and reviews from before today (18/04/25) because the place has changed completely under the new ownership.

Great bar does great food and best beer in Chapel A! Slap & Pickle has joined the party - burgers have got better but veggie options MUCH worse. Bring back the Cauliflower wings!

There was a bit of a mixup when we ordered food as this had to be paid in cash, this combined with a printer error meant 1 of our orders was missed and they tried to say we hadn't ordered/paid for it, which we had. The mistake was rectified fairly quickly. I'd like to think this was an exception due to card machine and printer issues and not the usual service.

I'm not so frequent in going out these days. But when I do this is one of the places I love to visit. Great atmosphere, good beers and the big bonus, the staff are super friendly. A great venue in Chapel Allerton, long may you stay .

Since the take over the food and service have gone massively down hill. This has gone from a regular hang out to staying well clear. Don’t think there is anything they could do to encourage us to go back. From incorrect orders to uncooked food to items being completely left off the plate. The deals they use to have are now non existent. Would not recommend at all. Luckily as we live in chapel Allerton they’re are plenty of other places to go. Such a shame as it was a lovely bar/restaurant.

In their favor the drinks were super good! The mojito's we got were awesome! I thought the loaded fries were good, not sure about the mix of normal fires and sweet potato fries but the steak also came with a nice sauce! The garlic bread with tomato wasn't great as it was more of a paste than fresh tomato's. It was ok for a late lunch!
