Food is always on point and if it isn’t they’re quick to sort it out! Burger King actually have some imagination with their new burgers which is refreshing! Lauren was really swift to help and the team are always helpful.
I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Burger King. Despite the place being practically empty, the wait for my order was surprisingly long. When I finally did get my food, the experience didn’t improve much. The staff member at the counter came off as quite rude, which didn’t set a great tone. The food itself was a letdown — the burger was greasy and seemed undercooked, and the lettuce inside was rubbery instead of fresh. The chips were so heavily salted they were hard to enjoy. Overall, it wasn’t worth the time or money, and I’m hoping this was just an off day for them. Also very pricey for what it was!
Amazing food was fresh and piping hot. Amazing customer service from Lauren she was very helpful a very good asset to the company. Will definitely be back again.
I ordered from Burger King through Deliveroo, and it was a huge disappointment. The burger tasted awful—the meat had this strange texture, like it was half pastry, half meat. For £29, I could’ve gone somewhere else and had a much better meal. The nuggets were greasy, and the fries were just average at best. This was the second time I’ve given Burger King a chance, hoping for a better experience, but that’s it for me. I’m done with Burger King. Never again.
Been to burger King leeds road huddersfield today won't be going again. Staff are extremely rude unhelpful and argumentative. Waited nearly 40 minutes for an order to be told they was waiting on patties but served 3 or 4 people that ordered after us.
I ordered three of the same thing for me and my parents it was a whopper meal, it was tasty however we only got two coca colas and two fries so we were missing one cola and one fries. We have ordered from here about a year ago and we had so many problems with them then
Not been to Burger King in years, was driving past with a friend who suggested we try it for a change. We went in, ordered at the screen and waited for our order. There were 2 other people sat in the seating area, the kitchen area seemed busy - we waited around 5 minutes for our food, so not so bad. When I opened the bag in the car the fries were missing. Went back in and the lady serving apologised and gave me some. My friend ordered some loaded fries, which she really enjoyed. I got the chicken nuggets with chips, (eventually.) In comparison with maccies I'm sorry to say maccies wins hands down. We both got milkshakes too which barely tasted of anything.
Usually very good service clean and efficient with exception to this day. Although food was great and made quite quickly and enjoyed, the restaurant was far from busy, yet the bins were and remained full throughout the whole 45 minutes we were there, including rubbish left on the window sill too, probably because they couldn't use the bins. Not once did anyone clear, wipe, or tidy up the tables and bins, hence 3*. Not good for a new drive-thru restaurant.
