Ive ordered here many many times, but I ordered the lufc box, it came everything was great till the burger took two bites and it didn't taste right, an hour later I was throwing it up. I never post reviews but this made me feel really unwell, im not allergic to anything and normally order the same. Its a shame, because im put off this place now
We’ve have used this place on and off for a while now. The pizza and kebabs when it first opened were very nice. Unfortunately as others have said the food is now hit and miss and is certainly not at the standard it was when they first opened. Why does this always happen with takeaways !!! The pittas with the kebabs are the cheap ones from the supermarket. The salad is a pathetic attempt and quite frankly an embarrassment. The chips are awful and their garlic bread is also awful. Both of which have been ordered once and never again. The pizzas are hit and miss. Sometimes they are lovely and one of the best takeaway pizzas I’ve had. Sometimes they are awful. Also please stop using those plastic things to hold up the pizza boxes. They aren’t necessary and are bad for the environment.
Were the onion rings cooked?! The chips were raw, the pizza had no cheese in the middle. Emailed to complain - the food went from box to plate to bin, I was told to get the food out the bin so they could do a quality check. No quality check no refund… I told them I had pictures and they could match up what I’ve ordered with the pictures and offered to show them the time stamp of the pictures to make sure it’s correct. Got declined. So food that’s not edible and I’m out of pocket!! Avoid!
Family dinner time round at my sisters and yet again, my plan to go to the royal baths Chinese was thwarted by my brother in law! This time, we went to PIZZA PIZZA, which he told me was recently voted “Yorkshires best pizza”. The food was actually pretty excellent and perfect if you’re a big greedy boy like me. The portions are very generous and everyone enjoyed it. Whilst I think it’s perhaps not the best pizza in yorkshire, it’s certainly the best in that part of Harrogate.
My girlfriend and I were so excited to try your new place in Harrogate. Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas and cheesy chips. Honestly best Pizza I've had so far in the UK. We ordered online and everything was user friendly, payment was straight forward and we received the confirmation email all good. Honestly, this will be my go to from now on. Thank you very much
Ordered a pizza and a wrap. Pizza was burnt and the wrap. Tasteless and really small , 3 tiny chicken nuggets that they called gougons didn't even come with fries .£27 Really disappointed
FUMING!! ... Charges £4 delivery, also adds small order fee for orders under £25 and the fee is £5!!! You're charging me for not being able to order more food because that makes a load of sense. God forbid you want a takeaway for yourself and not your family of 6.....Absolute joke!!
AVOID! food was 2 hours late, when phoning up to see where this was the girl on the phone & the owner lied and assured this was on its way each time. When the food came 2 hours later it was cold & they sent the wrong drink, No apology from the owner or any of the staff members. Won’t be using these again. Save your money and use one of the other takeaways in Harrogate!
Go here all the time, ordered tonight it was a large steak and chicken mixed skewers with houllumi pieces, there was hardly any chicken or houllumi and not much steak either tbf, very disappointed from a regular customer. I understand costs etc went up but this cost me £30 I will not be coming back and doing it myself from home from now on, standards have dropped drastically.
Currently been waiting 2 hours for our delivery. ( one small pizza and a burger ) Spent 45 minutes on hold only to be told, " it's with the driver". That was 30 minutes ago. No apology or estimated time. Very, very poor service.
