Very good and quick to answer call centre, a credit that other agencies should follow. However the voice was a little quieter than I needed and with her accent and my poor hearing, it wasn’t the easiest of calls. But we got there.
Buyer beware only a Broker, prices maybe competitive but when it comes to making a claim it is dreadful. They do not gave their own department you have to go through a company named Ergo. Took them 10 days to acknowledge receipt of my claim, this was after hanging on 20 minutes on the telephone. Claim put in 14th October and so far have received 2 automated emails saying they will get back to me within 21 days, last one received 15th November saying they will be in contact with me within 21 days. My friend who I was travelling with was insured through Aviva her claim was settled within 8 days. Impossible to get in touch with them do not answer the phone. Needless to say I will not be renewing with them.
Very east to book and quick, no problem what so ever, the cover is very sufficient for our trip. We got annual cover cheaper than a one trip cover (brilliant). Well done to PayingTooMuch.
Trouble free insurance! We needed travel insurance for an upcoming trip, and 'PayingTooMuch' were more than able to meet my requirements...and quickly! This has been the most simple and straightforward holiday insurance I have ever completed and taken out! Including the declaration of medical conditions, the price of this policy is second to none! Including fact, I completed it twice because I couldn't believe how good a deal this is!! I would 100% recommend these for your insurance, they have beat many others that I have previously used, including my own home insurance with a discount!!
be aware paying to much are brokers and after being passed onto reactiveclaims.com , 10 emails and 2 registered letters we find they are not handling our claim, we are pensioners and our holiday in early march was cancelled we are now told to ring insureme4 shabby treatment all round
Have used this company twice and found service excellent.All paperwork followed through. Received £10 in credit for using on second occasion, price for taking out insurance very competitive and in view of refund consider an excellent buy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Have done 3 policies for my elderly parents who have multiple medical conditions. Online was a little tricky so we rang and spoke to a very helpful member of the team. Professional service and the cheapest premium by far! Very happy to recommend.
