   If you take the tour that includes a stop at Strawberry Fields be aware that you are taking your life in your own hands as the safety of passengers is not regarded when letting a full coach of paying customers disembark on a small pavement on one of Liverpools busiest roads . The coaches block the road and are a hazard. I know from personal experience as i was in a collision on the road with a tourist who whilst unsupervised stepped back into the road to take a photograph of the gates . I was left with a very expensive car repair bill as Cavern City Tours denied any responsibility. A visitor to this city was hurt and just put back on their coach without the company administering any first aid or contacting the emergency services which i had to do. The police stated that the accident was due to too many people on the pavement and lack of cones or suitable supervision.

   My son and I travelled from Scotland to visit Liverpool and take in the Beatles places tour with Cavern City Tours. The 2 hours wizzed by and I learned a few things I did not know about the city and The Beatles. Well worth the trip and later on that night we enjoyed a visit to The Cavern with free entry using our bus tickets! Big thanks to tour guide Neil Brannan for making it a great trip!
