   I would like to leave feedback for Mollie. We both think she was fantastic. She sorted out cruise out and helped with all out itinerary, which we love. We was a bit dubious and scared of flying next year as my partner has recently had a pacemaker and defibrillator fitted after heart issues. After getting full medical.clwarance from the doctors foe Graham to fly and go away away, we are so happy. Mollie helped us through it all, and advice with special.insurance etc, which we have now sorted with an external insurance. The whole trip is fantastic and especially after the year we have had we are so looking forward to it, we will be there for his 50th birthday, and we can't wait. Thank you Mollie, and to you all for putting together such a great trip. Best wishes Stacey and Graham.

   I know its much easier in the digital age to stay at home and book your holiday online, i normally do. However im so glad I didn't Yesterday. I had the most amazing experience with Lousie and Alex. I still came away with the same holiday, but what was new and what you don't get with booking online is all the additional information but more importantly, the experience that Alex and Louise provided. I felt like my holiday excitement was beginning in store. They were both so enthusiastic for us, sharing insider tips of the resort and tours etc to do. Instead of the holiday experience beginning when we left for the airport, it was lovely for it to start at the point of booking. 5 star service. Thank you ladies.

   My partner and I visited TUI yesterday and we were so pleased with the experience. Despite the fact that all the power was down across the city, Jon was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. We would also like to commend Hannah and the rest of the team for their great support and teamwork with the card machine! We were so happy with the helpful advice and fantastic overall experience. Thank you to the whole team, especially Jon, for making our first in-store visit so positive!

   My sister and I visited the branch couple days ago to get an idea for an Easter holiday with our 2 granddaughters age 10 and 12. Before we knew it our holiday to Lanzarote was booked! Jon was completely in tune to what we were looking for, he was a delight! He went at our pace and was very knowledgeable about the area we decided on. The shop is bright and welcoming, I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this business.

   Well what can I say? We visited Liverpool and came across Tui and thought we would just take a look at a holiday for the 2 of us. We were approached by Katie who asked us what we had in mind. All I could say was, an all inclusive but adult only and somewhere that had great reviews and great food and entertainment. Well she had so much knowledge about so many places and suggested Tenerife to us and a hotel which had the most amazing reviews and was situated in the most beautiful place we had seen so decided to book. Wow……. When we arrived we were absolutely blown away! I’ve never seen my wife cry with so much joy it was so beautiful. We had the most amazing time and didn’t want to leave. I can’t thank Katie enough. I would most recommend you going there and if you do come across Katie I’m certain she can help you with your amazing holiday

   Well worth a visit to the Liverpool, Lord Street branch yesterday. Great bonus that the branch is open on Sundays and the best recommendation is that the staff member , John was highly knowledgeable and cut through all the confusing discount and special offers I'd found on the Web. The price I paid for the cruise was better than advertised and John took care of all the paperwork - essential right now as currently no printer available at home. Finally it was great to have real human contact and John proved to be an expert at navigating me to the best deal! Thank you. I intend to visit travel agents more often as if we don't use them we are certain to lose them.....

   Excellent customer service, took the time to find the right deal and holiday for me. Nothing was too much trouble and extra effort made when the ‘computer said no’ could have booked on line but MIA took time to resolve the issue. Great service, friendly relaxed atmosphere and even got offered a brew to boot!

   I just wanted to share my fantastic experience with booking a Disneyland Paris adventure at the TUI store in Liverpool lord street. Firstly, booking with someone who is a Disney Expert (actual title!) is a Godsend and a HUGE thank you to Rachel who was literally the font of all knowledge. Rachel was able to recommend the best time frame that we would need for taking our 4 year old and work within our budget to get us the most magical experience ever! She went as far as helping us pick restaurants after deciding to get a meal plan and showing me how to navigate the app. I was able to contact Rachel on a few occasions to ask questions, and she was always 100% helpful and a genuine part of making my daughters dreams come true. Booking with a travel agent was invaluable to us as I feel like Disney holidays (for a first timer) can feel like a minefield to navigate and doing this took all the stress away for me. However now I have the Disney bug and already want to book to go again so my advice is, book Disney holidays at your own risk as they are highly addictive and always ask for a Disney expert!    Always come here to book our holidays with Rachel - she is the best, goes above and beyond. Will never forget how much she did for us planning our wedding in the pandemic and helping to get all of our guests there when their flights got cancelled. She's really knowledgeable and just a very kind person! All if the staff are really friendly and I found better deals in store than online!
