    Edwina was a great host: friendly, helpful And accommodating. The room was nice and spacious. A good, quiet area near a high street which was handy. Breakfast was nice. Overall, I’d recommend this place ( especially if you’re going to Sandown) Thanks, Edwina :)

    The location is calm and quiet. The room is in excellent condition, with a small fridge containing juices and drinking water. There is a pub nearby. Moreover, Edwina is a wonderful host with a warm welcoming.

    Room was nice, host was welcoming, so not bad. Just question the green mushy scrambled eggs? cheap sausages, and extra salty bacon. Oh and slightly concerned with the lack of Fire Precautions requiring a key to leave the building, would benefit a thumb turn to save lives in the event of a fire.

    Edwina was a fantastic host. Beautiful home and in a great location for the Hampton Court Flower Show, which we were visiting the following day. Edwina also helped us source a great local pub where we had a lovely meal. We were then treated to a delicious breakfast in the morning, so much food!
