   I like the hotel and the people working here are really friendly! I also liked the cookie its just a nice extra they offer! The room was nice but the shower was a bit off. And the bed was a bit hard but sleepable and fine! The location of this hotel is just perfect with a 5 min walk to the train station to take a train straigt to london! There are also quite a few restaurants around! Would recommend this hotel!

   This is a business hotel for aircrew or as per needed basis. It is well located with a small mall nearby and all the relevant necessities required in the residential hub of Woking. The hotel staff are friendly and the hotel is pretty well maintained. Only 1 lift was working at this time so very inconvenient during rush hours. The rooms are small but well maintained with small closets suited for solo travellers. Breakfast is decent with a good spread of food and the staff are very helpful. You can order eggs from the kitchen and the coffee machine is above average.

   My evaluation would be negative if such an option were available. Since online reservations were not possible, we booked through a live agent via the app. Upon arrival at 10:30, we were informed that no parking was available due to an ongoing event. I inquired why this information was not disclosed at the time of booking with the live agent. Consequently, I requested a transfer to another Hilton hotel, willing to pay the difference. However, the staff initially stated that cancellation was not permitted. Later, they offered to organise parking, which I appreciated. Nevertheless, when I parked my vehicle, I saw departing guests. I intended to thank them, but before I could, the staff remarked on my luck, noting that guests were leaving and advising that I should have contingency plans such as options A, B, and C, as hotels cannot be solely relied upon. It is unreasonable to expect that, during my business travels between towns, I should be responsible not only for my own affairs but also for parking arrangements. How has the responsibility for the hotel’s parking become mine? I have already submitted a formal complaint to Hilton; however, I have yet to receive any response. The staff in the morning section exhibited discourteous behaviour. I requested eggs and coffee; however, it appears that the waitress overlooked my order and caused a delay in service.

   We have stayed before and returned again under the same circumstances as part of a Thorpe Park package. Great service, decent sized comfortable and clean rooms with modern furnishings. A hot buffet breakfast was also included in the rate which was decent. The hotel also has access to limited parking which was complimentary.

   We ended up at DoubleTree by Hilton Woking unexpectedly after our original booking at another hotel was cancelled. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team showed true professionalism and kindness. They understood our difficult situation and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Their warm attitude and excellent service completely turned around what had started as a very stressful experience. Thanks to their care, our stay became enjoyable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for international visitors, because the staff here truly know how to treat guests with respect and hospitality.

   The stuff were very welcome and helpful. All stars for them (5 star for reception and all others there). My complaints: The room was not very clean at the level what would you expect from this big brand hotel. The air conditioner was smell of dust like in the metro underground. Probably filter is not changed for 2-3 years. The bathroom needs solution about the dump. The menu was not enough good with alternatives for people with allergies. Otherwise the services were amazing and the food was really tasty and well prepared. Generally needs improvements and more attention to cleanliness and conditioning.

   Staff at this hotel is, by far, the best aspect of the stay. From the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and room service staff...all very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are a bit small and dark. My room was cold all the time, and I stayed for 2 weeks. The bed is very hard and the pillows are very soft. It's okay for a few nights, but long term stays may be rough if you are not used to sleeping on a hard, unforgiving mattress. The location is ideal, being a few blocks from the mall, many restaurants, a theatre and transportation hub. Overall it's a reasonably priced location for a stay.

   My welcome from Jodie at the desk was exceptional, she is a credit to the hotel. I got an upgrade as a Diamond member, the room had everything I required. Breakfast was also good and the team there were friendly. I will happily go back as it was great value for the price.

   Very good hotel for its price. Parking is limited and expensive for an overnight stay. Rooms are a tad small but clean and well equipped. Bathroom is good quality. Didnt have breakfast but looked good. Complimentary warm cookies, bottled water and nibbles are a nice touch. Very close to the town centre and restaurants. Would definitely go back.

   Rooms are very dark and would benefit from improved lighting. Bed was very hard and pillows overly soft and flat and only 1 pillow per guest. Breakfast was extremely varied and catered for a variety of tastes and dietary requirements. Staff were friendly during breakfast service and were on top of replenishing items.
