Its a fun place, The rooms are a bit tired, it's fun however and the children loved it.. the food was good.. the pool was a bit run down with the steam room and the Jacuzzi out of action.. the changing room was a bit cold but otherwise all good!

I never do reviews but I can’t thank the staff enough for how accommodating they all were. I stayed with my little brother who has autism and the staff at the front desk ensured he was comfortable when things were a little bit loud in the reception by asking us if we would like to go in the back room. The restaurant staff were also very accommodating to his needs but a man called Marquise who works in the restaurant is a real life angel!! He really went above and beyond for us ensuring my brother had everything he needed and helping me feel comfortable. It can sometimes be nerve wrecking going somewhere new with a child who has special needs, especially one who only eats certain foods but Marquise really really went out of his way to meet my brothers needs whilst also reassuring me that anything I need to please just ask! We need more people like Marquise in this world! If you are a SEN parent or career you know how much of a difference people like him make to your trip. Thank you!!

We stayed overnight in the giraffe room (425) that over looked the animal enclosures. The room itself was very nice and our 8 year old was very excited and delighted with the birthday pack and overall look of the room. You do need to book both the evening restaurant and breakfast when you check in online. I did see several families that didn't and was unable to be seated at the zafari restaurant. We ate at the zafari restaurant food was OK, service was really slow, you do have to chase up the waiters/waitresses.

Great spot for meetings, but being an amusement park, lots of children. Dining was definitely above expectations and quick. Meeting areas were nicely done. The service staff was tremendous.

Really great themed hotel. Thought they hit the safari stay theme very well. We had a room with a view and saw animals as morning went on. The breakfast was good and the only part that was a shame was checking out at 10am as the animals were just coming to life after we had breakfast.

Very impressed, staff were all friendly and polite. Room was very spacious and clean, even had a fridge. Food was lovely and the choice at breakfast was excellent. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Will definitely recommend

Great hotel but under staffed. Every staff member we saw was super helpful and friendly but on several occasions they were having to cover multiple positions. Disappointed that there were swimming lessons in the pool as this took a lot of space and we were really excited for swimming. Surely we should have been told this when booking? The rooms were great and there's so many points to see the animals from the hotel which is really nice. Lack of vegan options and vegan labelling on the menu was disappointing.
