This is an excellent place to stay. The room is very open and large compared to most hotel rooms. You will have to pay for parking your car, and it is $20 nightly. Centrally located for getting good food and the breakfast is OUTSTANDING. Especially the coffee.
Overall it was a nice stay, the beds are very comfy & the rooms are well equipped for basic necessities within a serviced apartment. Unfortunately, on the Friday of our stay (Thurs-Sun) we had a massive crane outside of our room making extreme amounts of noise at 8:30am putting what appeared to be metal pipes onto the roof. We were on the top floor and it meant that in our room it felt like a literal earthquake & they were literally being put on top of our room, being woken up to that with no pre-warning was not a nice experience. I would stay again however I suggest that reception pre-warn guests next time as this did bring down the overall experience a bit. Parking is fine however I can imagine it does get busy and a lot of the spaces are quite tight. Reception staff were lovely and friendly.
We had an absolutely perfect experience at Livin Serviced Apartments Watford. Everything was spotlessly clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and extremely helpful. The location is fantastic – just a short walk from the shopping mall and city centre, making it very convenient. The bed was huge and unbelievably comfortable – we slept like royalty! Every detail was flawless, and we genuinely couldn’t find a single fault. We wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful place to anyone visiting Watford. It truly exceeded all our expectations!
10/10 for service, location, value for money and cleanliness. It is walking distance to Watford centre but also, across the road from Watford junction station so very convenient for getting into central. The staff are awesome and always look to accommodate. The fact there is a car park is just an added bonus too. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.
The serviced apartments are clean, well organized. Staff were super friendly, they were very helpful with us, changed our room when we requested The rooms have TV and full kitchen supply. They do cleaning once per week but we asked for 2 times, even though you can still request towels, toilet papers or any other missing item that you need Be mindful when coming in summer as the rooms do not have AC which is the case in all UK i guess but the staff has provided us with 4 fans to help during the heat wave We were forced to extend our stay and the staff helped us even they were fully booked
Blown away quite frankly. Wasn't expecting much, just a place to crash whilst we explored Watford and went to Warner Brother's Studio Tour. Absolutely lovely apartment, absolutely spotless and roomy for the two of us. Fully equipped with everything we would have needed for cooking (we didn't cook much as we were only there for two days), and all in all just a wonderful experience. Fantastic location, 10 minute maximum walk to the town centre, and everything available there, and a 3 minute walk to Watford Junction, easy public transport into London from there, and the shuttlebus to Warner Brother's too. If there were any negatives (and they're so minor they did not affect our stay at all), it would be that our room (up on the 7th floor) was very warm when we arrived, I checked the thermostat when we arrived at it was set to 25 degrees, which is way too warm for us, especially in June, but it was easy to adjust. Would recommend anyone who is staying in Watford and is looking for something a bit bigger than a hotel room, for a very reasonable price, and parking of only £6 per day.
I was on a holiday with Mother and 2 children, 7 and 2. We were visiting Warner Bros Harry Potter tour. It could not have been more perfect for accessing the bus at Watford Jun. The staff were incredibly helpful with information on the area. We had a 2bedroom apt. It was lovely and big with all of the necessary accessories for a self catering stay.
Our overall stay in the studios were great as they were well located and spacious. We had a problems with wifi and with loud noise and most worryingly cleanliness as we found some sort of bug in the bed. My main issue is that we could not talk to anyone about this on check out which means that now we have “completed our stay” they won’t acknowledge those issues. The customer service team ignores everything I say, I can tell they aren’t even reading the messages properly :( great unless you have issues, then the service is awful.
A comfortable one night stay for a trip to Warner Bros studio tour. This is perfectly located as the Bus stop for the Studio is a one minute walk away - although we drove there. There is parking available at the apartments which are in the same building as the Holiday Inn. We had the executive king suite and had everything we needed. The suite could do with a little TLC in places but it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would def stay again if I had cause to need somewhere in the area. Good value for money.
