   We stayed at this place for one night, from May 4th to 5th, as a family with a 13-year-old teenager. We arrived quite late, at 8:30 PM, as indicated in our booking. It was difficult to find the entrance — we walked around the building several times, but all the doors were closed. We had to call out to some staff members we noticed through an open window of a utility room. Eventually, one of them came out and guided us to our room, which was located in a neighboring building. The room was modest but comfortable and clean: I ran my fingers over the windowsill and the top shelf of the wardrobe — not a speck of dust. It had everything we needed, including a wardrobe, TV, hairdryer, fridge, microwave, and electric kettle. One cup wasn’t properly washed — there were juice stains at the bottom.I really liked the real wooden beds. The mattresses were very comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. The bathroom was very nice. The tiles were well laid (my husband appreciated it from a professional perspective). The toilet seat was worn and scratched. Big plus for the presence of a bidet and the soft, fluffy towels. I also really liked the mandarin scent of the shampoo. I definitely recommend this place. Close to Heathrow Airport, affordable price, and cleanliness make this lodge well worth your attention.

   The hotel looks like a ghost house. Literally noone inside. Very dark. I was first confused whether this was the hotel because it was locked. I had to contact their neighbours about the whereabouts and the owners appeared from somewhere. The neighbours however had a negative review about it. The location looked remote. But the rooms were fine for 1 day stay.

   Did stop here for an overnight stay prior to our morning flight. Got luckily sent to The Regent hotel, theirs too. The room looked great, bathroom very nice. Sadly not very heated overnight, hence cold. Also soundproofing is weak and you hear all. Overall alright and can stay there.

   Get what you pay for overall. Bed was comfortable but having to share a double bed with my dad when I booked a twin room was pretty annoying. Served its purpose though 15 minutes from Heathrow.

   I would not base this review on the exterior view ( which at the time of staying was a second hand car and van lot) but the room we had was very large, clean and the beds very comfortable. Although the remote control for the TV had not had its battery changed in so long they had corroded but we could at least change the channel on the TV itself.

   Good value, nice warm, clean and tidy room with 4 piece ensuite, good size TV, with a fridge, microwave and kettle. Considering close to Heathrow and the flight path very quiet. Breakfast good and enjoyable. Parking is good with plenty of room, and an added bonus for pet owners as they are allowed for a small fee.

   very poor! Did not enjoy our stay. un-friendly staff, made us feel like we were just in the way by staying there. We had pre-paid for breakfast but lady said we couldn't get any until at least 9:30 as it was a sunday so will only be 1 cook and another family will be before us.... for an airport hotel that is just crazy! Asked if we could get some cereal or something or anything as we had to leave at 8am, answer was "no". They don't deserve our custom. Was trying to use local place rather than these huge hotel chains but I might just go back to Premier inn!
