   I had an excellent stay at Harbour Hotel Guildford. The hotel is stylish, modern, and very well maintained, creating a relaxing and high-quality atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with great attention to detail. The staff were outstanding friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Service throughout the hotel was smooth and welcoming, making the stay feel special and stress-free. The facilities are a real highlight, especially the spa and leisure areas, which are beautifully designed and perfect for relaxing. The location is also ideal, close to the town centre and easy to access. Overall, Harbour Hotel Guildford offers luxury, comfort, and excellent service. A fantastic place to stay and definitely one I would highly recommend.

   One Thing Let It Down. I booked this as a spa getaway for a night for my girlfriend’s birthday. The rooms were lovely, the restaurant was so nice, and breakfast was great too. Unfortunately, upon arriving we was informed that the spa was shut due to maintenance. I feel very disappointed and think that this should have been mentioned when I booked the rooms. Both me and my partner would love to come back when the spa is working but feel like it ruined a special occasion.

   I was immediately impressed upon walking in, the hotel strikes a perfect balance between modern but classy with antique touches. I was really pleased that as a female traveller on her own, the hotel took pains to ensure that only I knew my room number. The room itself was lovely, a fantastic size with a chair, table, dressing table, work desk, plenty of plugs and a gorgeous bathroom with all the little touches you could want (cotton wool balls, shower caps etc). My bed was excellent and I slept like a dream. Breakfast was literally superb, fruit, yogurts, cereals, pastries, continental meats, cheeses, and the full English, plus muffins, toast and pancakes and as much tea, coffee or juice as you wanted. The conference room was well equipped with an excellent lunch and the dinner was very very tasty considering they were catering for 35 people at once. Staff were all superb! I am going to come here for a personal stay, as mine was for business. 100 recommended! Thank you to all.

   Harbour hotel is a very classy and amazing hotel with a warm atmosphere. I loved the Sauna, the gym, the indoor pool, and other facilities within here. The service at the bar and during breakfast is superb. The rooms are cozy, well ventilated with AC’s, and the smart tv’s are top-notch! A spectacular night I had here!

   Stayed here on business and I noticed straight away was the staff were so attentive and very welcoming. Really nice after a long day travelling! Very relaxing bar area lined in tall glass windows with a very creative bookcase. I didn’t eat there but the restaurant did look good. My room was lovely and comfortable. Clean for sure with a bath and shower which was welcome. Definitely somewhere I would stay again not just for the hotel but also the convenience of being able to walk and eat at very close by places.

   Spent a 2 nights getaway with my boyfriend and we had the best time at this hotel. Staff are so welcoming and friendly. Also willing to help, we felt super comfortable. Will be back in the new year. One of the best hotels I’ve been to i even wish I stayed longer.

   Great stay and very nice breakfast. The hotel has that premium feel to it, but unfortunately I can't give 5 stars as maintenance is not as good. Some parts In the bathroom were a little broken. Overall very happy though.

   Lovely hotel. The staff at the desk were super friendly and smiley. The room was a good size. The bathroom was great with a bath and shower. I liked the ironing board/trouser press in the wardrobe. The bed was comfy. The bar was opened till at least 2, with a great selection of spirits. Breakfast was delicious. Didn't get to use the spa facilities, so I will be back another day.

   What truly stands out in this hotel is its staff. The women and men at the Harbour help you with a smile on the slightest issues. They make all the effort to make you feel good from the reception, to the bar, to the restaurant, to housekeeping. From the moment I checked in, I felt that the staff checked in with me as well--now I'm talking specifically about you, Milena. In the sum of it all, the Harbour management understands what it is to run a modern hotel, not just in its infrastructure, but also through its diverse employees. They are an example of a cosmopolitan world.

   Review for a spa treatment: very average. I had two treatments, massages last year. Both times I left relaxed, very good. Great experienced staff. I even invited a friend with me for the second visit! This year the staff changed and very young. I was cold after masage... Had to warm up in the car. It was warmer outside of the treatment room than inside. I didn't feel like I had a treatment. £75 is very overpriced for such a treatment...
