Went for Christmas dinner. We payed for a private room for 14 of us £110 per head. The veg selection was poor consisting of 1/2 a carrot, 1/2 a parsnip and a handful of sprouts. The turkey and potato’s were so dry most of us left them or had to ask for so much extra gravy to the point the food was swimming. They had clearly been cooked hours ago and sat into a heating lamp. We asked for tap water for the table and we were given 2 bottles. This wasn’t a reasonable amount of water to provide for 14 people and didn’t even fill everyone’s cups. They only came down once (at the beginning of the evening) to ask for drinks orders, seeing as we were paying for private dining this was very poor. We waited 45 minutes between mains and deserts to the point they were 10 minutes away from closing when we were served. After all this they asked for a £15 per head service charge. As it was a big group of us on Christmas Day we didn’t want to make a fuss and ruin the mood so we felt obligated to pay. Ultimately the experience was terrible and wasn’t worth the £125 a head price tag. I would expect this level of quality from a hungry horse.

Dec25- booked Christmas meal with twelve. The staff are friendly but clearly could not manage too many areas, it was NOT full in the snug area where we were, but bar was. Dedicated staff for guests dining would have made for a more efficient service. We waited 50 mins between starter and mains. Drinks delayed, food was cold (plates were cold for hot food), and there's nothing worse than cold gravy on Christmas dinner. We asked for bread and it arrived towards end of starters, extra gravy had to be requested three times and again well after food was on table. Food quality, quantity and variety was great. Nut rose was good, shame the veg (2 carrots, 1 parsnip, and 5 small Brussel sprouts) was cool, but the roasties were spot on. Veritable mixed bag. Parking is hard too.

Hi. I know this is a little late. But I must say that the first time I stayed here. Room was great. Food was great and the people were friendly and kind. Great. . . Well the second time the room was even better, perfect. People were helpful and friendly, but the breakfast was absolutely perfect. Thank you to the lady that prepared my breakfast. Normally when I ask for poached eggs I get water in the plate. Not in this hotel. Eggs were perfect and no water in the plate. Which complimented the rest of the breakfast on the plate as well. Thanks again. Will be back.

If you’re looking for somewhere close to the city but away from all the noise and chaos, this place is perfect. The station around the corner makes travel to the city seamless and quick. The rooms were comfortable, clean and were a pleasure to come back to every day/night. The service was amazing too, the breakfast every morning was delicious and the staff always made sure we were taken care of. I would 100% stay again and will recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful stay in London!

Kind hearts and coronets very quiet. Good coffee in rooms and extra pods always available. We stay a lot, its like going home!

Big hotel with lovely staff who can't do enough for you. The hotel is like a rabbit warren which really gives it character and the rooms are a good size and very clean. The restaurant is very welcoming and the food was good. The location is great as its a 2 minute walk from West Ealing. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We came across this property when missing our flight back home due to airline delays. The queen had just passed away, R.I.P, so as you can imagine most hotels were booked, especially trying to find a reasonable rate for the same day. We tried to make the best of a bad situation and we stumbled across this hotel by following a metro route away from the airport. We saw that they had just a few rooms left and had to book one of their suites. I'm so glad we did! we found this property to be incredibly quaint! The suites have big Roman tubs in the room! You can bet that after a long day of stress and travel, a nice soak in the tub is just what the doctor ordered. The service was amazing and the pub attached to the hotel had amazing food and drinks! We will definitely look at staying here on our next trip. especially if we get to spend some time with Boba!

The best stay in London for sure. Loved every bit of my stay here. The staff was young and super friendly. The breakfast was amazing, the room was amazing with all amenities. The toilet was very spacious. They provide daily housekeeping and the staff cleans the room like new everyday. Free parking and beautiful garden at the back. The subway / train station is right next to the hotel with very convenient new Elizabeth line. I highly recommend this hotel.
