   Came for a wedding; it was great. The food was terrible. We had mouldy dessert. Not good if you have allergies because they'll barely have options. The service was good and was treated with respect. The room was great, stunning. It's the food that ruined it for us.

   Randomly for me and my mum and little brother for a weekend getaway the host was very welcoming as soon as we arrived very late they where so caring they offered us authentic food to eat and made us feel like we were at home definitely come again. and the room were soundproof .

   This place is shady as hell. I’m not sure I can describe the staff as criminal but they did some things I was very uncomfortable with. Also - they attempted to defraud me out of £100 (and possibly more) through their parking system. I had to appeal against them through a third party company and subsequently through the local authorities *who immediately blocked the hotel from trying to scam me* when presented with evidence the staff deliberately ignored. I’m happy to back all of this up if anyone needs to know more. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

   Just ordered a hundred pounds worth of food for delivery. The meat was off. Called restaurant and complained - they don't care. Threw most of it away and now eating a pizza writing this review. All I would say is stay away from this place. Well done - tashakur

   Recently we had a booking for a small family gathering for 60 people in one of their Halls, unfortunately for the first time we were very disappointed. When we arrived Hall was not ready and the arrangements were not what we asked and paid for. The service was awful, food was tasteless and cold. The served the food while the speaker still talking. And at the end they charged one table extra while the quests were not even 60 !! So please before booking with them be more careful if you want a good service. And if their management team is reading my review, please pay attention to this details if you want people to come back. Thanks

   Very poor organization. There were 3 different events taking place at the same time, I had arrived early and parked my car but had to leave early due to a personal reason and wasn't able to remove my car because the security had allowed multiple other cars to block the area I was parked in. I was very disappointed with the service, because Incase of an emergency how would I and many other people be able to remove our cars. I would not recommend coming here because it is not worth it and I was worried for my safety
