   Was confirmed that late check-in would be no issue. Arrived at 11:30 PM, only to find no-one answering the door. Spent 2 hours roaming the streets of Surbiton, only to wind up at a hotel that fortunately due to no-shows had a room available and was able to take me in, of course at a premium. Have still not received any feedback from hotel Bosco on how to cover these additional costs, even though they take full responsibility on not forwarding the doorbell properly to the tending officer at the premises.

   The bar at Bosco’s serve excellent cocktails. A good variety and very well balanced drinks. The bar staff are very personable and knowledgeable. Sit at the bar and indulge in some excellent cocktails. Best of all, visit when they have their happy hour. Very recommend. And crazily handsome bar staff.

   I booked a table for 25 people last night as a surprise party for my boyfriend. We had Emma serving us all night and she is AMAZING! There was a lot going on, not only in the venue with all the other customers but with us , as I had made a personalised menu to our meal , so lots of elements to work with and she absolutely smashed it. Emma your amazing, we love you xx

   We had a great stay here on our trip to the region. Our room was comfortable on the third floor with a small private balcony. The room was clean and well tended. Convenient access to the high street, train station, and taxi stand.

   Awful place. Imagine selling rooms about what is essentially a nightclub. There’s DJs going until the early hours and kids outside doing balloons. Very rough place generally and the rooms are tired too. Grubby carpets and no breakfast on offer any more. It worth the money despite being in a nice area. It’s a really shame and a waste of a potential asset.

   Had a great experience here. Dale's (the manager) service was excellent. He was highly accommodating with sorting out breakfast, the Wifi connection and finding a place for me to work after I checked out. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel based on its service and location.

   Close the all amenities and the train station. Hotel was very comfortable. The heating from the air con was a little tricky as kept going onto standby. If staying on a Monday, the restaurant and bar are closed. Parking is available nearby in St Philips Road. Breakfast was included, continental only. Staff were friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

   Please note that if you plan to stay there during the weekend, on Saturday night, there is a loud bar downstairs that only closes at 1am. So no sleep until then. The room was large, clean, bed was comfortable. The breakfast was just ok. The staff was very nice and friendly.

   Comfortable room with some nice touches. The earplugs helped block out the music. I was aware of the clubbing so it didnt bother me. I found the bar a little dark in the morning for breakfast. But there was a lot of choice for a continental breakfast.

   Stayed for a night in the Executive Double Suit. It was absolutely lovely! Comfortable bed, very very clean sheets & room with a delicious breakfast in the AM. Amazing staff; Manager Chris, Chef Tanya & Dale also the night manager. Smooth and quick booking process. Would stay again any day! Thanks guys
