   The room (4) is a bit on the small side and is in need of an serious uplift, very dated, but owners really friendly and accommodating , food was fab and hottest breakfast I've ever had, apart from room an enjoyable stay with a lovely couple.

   Run down. Very small, renovated house, nothing like the picture. Breakfast OK. Owners loud downstairs until late.

   It is pretty good. We had a very friendly welcome from the owners, the rooms were well equipped. Kettle, mini fridge, good size and en-suite. It included good free WiFi and free parking. The rooms were clean and tidy, so overall pretty good. The breakfast was really good with a good choice. If I was being really critical the room was very warm and some parts could be touched up with a bit of paint. However saying this the parking, wifi and breakfast was included in the cost. So it was good value.

   Lovely couple who run this b&b, but a travelodge would be cheaper and cleaner. Lots of maintenance needed on the outside of the building to improve first impressions, but sadly the first impression isn't improved on entering. It's no longer the big hotel, it's now 1 house, half of what's in the Google picture, rooms could do with a deep clean, but at leastvthe bed sheets were clean!!! Despite this, I had a lovely nights sleep, and the breakfast was cooked perfectly.

   Helpful and friendly owners. Good value for money. Refurbished shower/bathroom was fantastic. Being a light sleeper did need earplugs. Great location a few seconds walk into the massive park.

   What a lovely helpful couple. Rooms spot on everything u need Including your own fridge. Lovely breakfast clean tidy can't believe this hotel is 2 star should be 3 or 4 would defiantly stay when in town again

   The nicest couple I've ever met running a brilliant comfy hotel opposite a beautiful ancient historical park. Free car park. Plus they can have a decent conversation and very knowledgeable about the area and further afield. Modern clean showers phone tv and many drinks snacks on offer too.
