When we arrived at the place, we noticed a lot of hair everywhere, even clogging the shower. The utensils were dirty, and there was even a used band-aid among them. There was also a lot of dust, especially on the heater, which caused us to leave during the night because we couldn’t stop coughing. Very dirty. I do not recommend this place.

The place is great, very nice neighbourhood, quiet, some view. 10 minutes walk to the tube, half an hour transport to the center. Self check in, nice room, bit small but very equipped with all you need, kitchenette included. Low to normal price for what it offered.

Great location as we were visiting Camden, so perfect for us with a 10 minute walk to West Hampstead stations. Good bathroom. Tiny kitchenette in a cupboard and reasonably comfy bed. All in all, good value for money and would definitely go back.

Not a real hotel. No reception. No staff. If your “code” doesn’t work, there’s no one to call. While I was waiting outside for someone to pick up the phone (no-one ever did) another couple came out and said they were going to try to find a pub (at 11:30pm) because their room lacked a toilet. Avoid at all costs.

Not even one star — but there’s no way to give zero. This isn’t a hotel. This is barely a hostel. No reception. No staff. Which means if there are any issues at all — you’re completely on your own, and they *will not* answer the phone number given. Under no circumstances attempt to stay here unless you’ve got *plenty* of of time — like several days — to waste while they send you the “email” (look in spam) that has the “codes” to even get in the door. STAY AWAY.

Stayed with 2 friends and it was sufficient but not ideal. The price suggests a hotel but it’s really more like a hostel. Smokers in the building make the facilities smell dank. We also realized after check in that our room’s door didn’t lock without another key that we had to walk 20 minutes to get. It was an easy enough fix but just didn’t give us confidence in the security of the building or the experience. Overall, the place was clean, it’s close to the tube and rail link to the airport, and the neighbourhood close by had a couple nice pubs, grocers, and cafes so it wasn’t a loss but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Without doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The first night we stayed, the noise was unbearable. There was a party in the apartment above us until 6am. We were staying for work purposes and my daughter had school the next day. I raised a complaint with the management who did not even show us the courtesy of a response. The second night, there was loud noise, shouting and music from a different apartment in the building. The building was filled with cigarette smoke as my daughter was sleeping. I called the management on the number provided multiple times with no response. I wouldn’t stay here again if they offered to pay me. Just awful.
