Disclaimer, I’m actually staying at a hotel opposite - and from my window, I can see the roof of this Holiday Inn is covered in litter. It’s pretty grim and attracting wildlife. Please get it sorted - at least one window is open, are guests throwing litter outside?! If so, I hope you charge them for the cleanup. Or make them do it.

Do not park here when going to the stadium its suppose to be £25 but at the end the ticket machines don't work the hotel isn't interested because it's not theirs they give you wrong details for the car park management and then you get a fine through the post.

Currently being used as emergency accommodation for asylum seekers who are given shoddy food and work illegally in surrounding businesses. Security don't allow visitors. For the people staying there it's like an open prison. Some have been there for over a year. Luxury it's not. Grim.

Awful place. Checked into room in hotel on sat healthy!, i ordered a dodgey beef burger that i thought was pretty quick from room service so they may have reheated a stale one. By sunday evening i started to get stomach ache and by monday all day i had vomited and went to the toilet over 7 times with horrible stomach pain. I had to call the ambulance who confirmed my suspicions of food poisoning. The key here is the way i was treated. I wanted to pay cash for my booking when i checked out but with holding my stomach sophia the manager kept hounding me for the two days i spent even though i still had one more day to spend like i was going to run away through the window with my suitcase Despite being sick and not being able to make any of my business meetings today waste of flight etc i even called to request hot water bottle as i was adviced by ambulance crew it may help the pain. Sophia kept shouting at me on the phone asking for payment, so insensitive i had to hang up the phone even after telling her continously to reduce her voice. She was so rude and utter disgusting attitude. Even in my pain she was still saying she was sending people to my room to collect payment. HORRIBLE never ever ever will myself or family or loved ones ever stay here again. She even declined me speaking to any other managers she claimed she was the only one. Very bad service, i have stayed in hotels around the world mainly 4-5stars but i have never experienced such despicable behaviour from an hotel that boasts of great service. Random men also allow themselves into your room. Stay away from here if you love your life!

Very rude staff and a very run down hotel. I would skip this hotel if you're staying near Wembley.

Awesome value for money. I booked this hotel spontaneously during the COVID situation. The staff were so polite and accommodating speaking to them on the phone beforehand. The room was very clean and very comfortable - the bed in our superior room was a mile wide - I collapsed after a long day and had a deep, refreshing sleep. In our home we only have a shower so we took advantage of a lovely bath and enjoyed a long soak. We have a car and the car parking was fairly priced and very convenient. It is on site and underground - you can drive in, check in then sweep round in to the garage. Do watch out during busy traffic the turn in could be easily missed. In short - I would highly recommend this place - enjoy your stay!

The Hotel staff was excellent. All of them, the receptionists, cleaning staff and people working in the kitchen, were very friendly and helpful even late in the night. The breakfast buffet was delicious and delivered a broad variety. The only negative was the lack of cleanliness in the hotel rooms. The bathroom was clean but the carpet in the bedroom and hallway was dusty and dirty. Especially the area under the bed. There I found plenty of dust mice and hair. The bedsheets seemed clean but the feeling of being in a dirty room didn't go away. All in all I recommend staying in this hotel

Nice looking hotel. The staff are friendly, but not excellent at customer service. The food was ok, and the Starbucks in the hotel bar is very basic. The meeting areas are a real gem! It looks nice and was well presented. The lighting was chandelier style lighting. Very spacious meeting area with differing sizes to choose from. The wait staff in the meeting area are very accommodating and professional. The rooms are clean and tidy with really protected parking under the facility. Good location to Wembley.
