   We had the most wonderful experience for my sister’s wedding at the Grand Sapphire. From the very beginning, we felt truly taken care of. The planning process over the last couple of months was seamless, reassuring, and collaborative. Both the events team and wedding planning staff were always open to our ideas, encouraged our creativity, and genuinely made us feel seen and valued. The event itself, especially on the night, honestly could not have gone any smoother. Everything was organised beautifully. The food was absolutely exceptional from start to finish, every course impressed us, truly some of the best event dining we’ve had. Our guests are still talking about it. The staff were also incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, which added so much warmth to the atmosphere. A special mention to Zara Malik, who was one of the most attentive, organised, and well-coordinated event planners we’ve ever worked with. Her eye for detail and care throughout the entire process was remarkable. And Jamal, whose years of expertise are so evident. He clearly knows his craft inside out. What stood out most is that even after years in the industry, he approaches every client with the same level of dedication and sincerity. We truly hope to celebrate many more weddings in the Grand Sapphire Hotel. We are beyond pleased with the service, care, and excellence we received. Highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for exceptional food, outstanding organisation, and a team that genuinely cares.

   Stay was good but facilities was not as good as expected. There was no water bottle in the room and I was expecting atleast small refrigerator just to keep water or drink bit cool. There was no hanger for hanging coat or jacket. Zara and zahir was nice at the breakfast with best service, food was warm with good taste. If few things are added then this stay would be much more better. Thanks

   We recently held an event at Grand Sapphire, and everything was handled well. The venue is stunning, with an atmosphere that made our occasion feel special. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience stress-free. A big thank you to Zara Malik, who managed our event. She wasvery organized, proactive, and constantly checking in to make sure everything went smoothly. She also helped us with the leftover food, which we appreciated. It’s clear she cares about her clients. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. Highly recommend Grand Sapphire for any event.

   I had my event on the 17th of Sept in the Rhubarb Suite and everything was absolutely perfect. Zara, my event manager, was fantastic and made sure the whole day ran smoothly. The decor was beautiful, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. All my guests had such a great time and couldn’t stop complimenting how beautiful and well organised everything was. A huge thank you to Zara for going above and beyond to help me and my guests; her kindness and patience truly made my day unforgettable. Thank you to the whole team, who worked hard for making this day special!

   I had a great experience at Grand Sapphire Banqueting Hall! My wedding was beautiful and the decor was amazing down to the small details. Special thank you to Nauman for all the help and assistance in the planning in the run up to the big day! The team were very accommodating and really came through when there were a few mishaps. Overall really recommend using the space as they have so many options and all the packages they also offer are definitely worth looking into!

   I stayed here on a Sunday night as I had an important job on Monday morning. I traveled down from North Wales so I could get a good night's sleep and be fresh for the next day. The hotel itself is nice and the staff are friendly. The guests on the other hand! I believe there was a wedding on the night I stayed. They were running up and down the corridor screaming and laughing until 3am! When I left my room there were empty pizza boxes outside my door so there was clearly a party in the hallway I was not invited too. I understand that it's your wedding day, best day of your life and you want to have a good time. I would probably be the same. I think it was irresponsible of the hotel to let out other rooms knowing full well they had such a big group of people staying there. Best advice I can give on this one is call them and see if they have any events booked in before you choose to stay there. I managed to get about 4 hours sleep in total. I would have been better staying at home and just getting up at 4am and driving down.

   I would have given 5 stars However, the staff are grumpy... bless the lady who was helpful to didn't quite catch her name. She was the only one who was helpful and nice, lovely light brown in complexion lady. Wasn't particularly impressed with the fact you have to go downstairs to collect breakfast in form of a packed lunch kind of... also I couldn't see much of security. However, the decor is beautiful downstairs, too. It would be nice to clean the telecom phones in the room throughly too, as wasn't clean and a bit gross touching it. Bathroom well cleaned/maintained and the bed too. Overall thank you for the stay. Hoping you take feedback seriously and please your customers too and invest in staff who are happy and welcoming. All the best!
