I had the best experience ever at London Backpackers! The service was great, well, Nelly was great! She explained everything so clearly. The rooms were perfect; my bed was really comfortable and I appreciated the little light on top (that obviously you can turn on and off) and the USB charger. I also stayed here for Christmas day, and they organised a special and fun Christmas dinner/party! Had so much fun. The location was on top; the underground was right outside London Backpackers. With the Northern line you can easily go to Camden Town and King's Cross. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nelly in reception gave the kindest, friendliest welcome to any hostel I've ever received, even though I'd forgotten the deposit in cash that they'd been quite clear beforehand in saying to bring. Everything very clean and comfortable and the location is great. I have to give the place 5 stars because of all this BUT I will say the showers aren't the absolute greatest -- perfectly clean, but they're very small (a repurposed toilet cubicle) with no space inside for clothes or a towel (a tad awkward!) and a push button you have to keep pressing for water, that you can't adjust the temperature of. Because the cubicle is so small and the showerhead fixed, you also can't avoid the spray before the warm water comes through.

10/10 would definitely come back again! All the facilities were great. The activities the hostel puts on were super fun and a good way to make mates! Special shoutout to the team Nellie, Marit and Ryan! Super nice people and always really good to have a chat with! If you’re looking to meet friendly people and see London you should definitely come here!

Awesome staff (shoutout to Ryan and Marit) and other visitors! Spent a week here, made some new friends and had a great time overall! Nice and quiet. Food, shops and transport just a few steps away. 4.5/5 for the room because cages were a tight fit and kept bouncing against other beds. No table/chair in the room, but that's a minor inconvenience at most

Very welcoming and friendly hostels. I really enjoyed the Hostel Familly Free Dinners, I was able to meet people there. Thanks again to the people who work there, especially Nelly, you're amazing! Really very close to public transport. Although our food disappeared on the day of the fridge cleaning, I loved coming to this hostel and I would come back on my next visit to London. Maybe next year!

The stay was awesome. We arrived quite late on our check-in (almost at 1) and the girl attended us with such good vibes, even though she was finishing in just a few minutes. She was lovely. George and Nelly were also fabulous. They will always have a smile on their faces while talking to you and all of them in general are just amazing because of their good services. The rooms were fine, but the beds moved a lot whenever someone climbed. Apart from that, the location is amazing for the prices they have, and you'll surely make friends while staying here! 5/5!

I had to book here on very short notice (the night before) and I got a fairly-priced bed in a multi-bed dorm. The prices are great for a hostel, it's clean inside and the location is perfect, right next to a tube station. Receptionists were all super friendly. Nicely priced breakfast as well (3 pounds when I was there).

These guys are great. My friend stayed there and left a hat behind, one she really loved. I asked them to send it up to my house in Liverpool and they did, paid all the postage, said it was 'on the house'. It's these details that make a place. Great customer service is hard to find, I was impressed. I'll be recommending it highly to people for the efficiency and kindness with which the staff helped us out. Thanks again!

Great hostel! I wouldn’t say that the hostel is located in central London, but it’s near the Hendon central (subway station) so you can easily go where ever you want. We stayed 5 nights in total and we loved it. They had great rooms with comfortable beds, we stayed in a mixed dorm and everyone was so nice and friendly. They have facilities that we haven’t had at our other hostel stays. Like a kitchen, where you could get a good breakfast in the morning and/or Cook your own food during the day, sometimes you could also see some guests just hanging out there as well, which was nice! They also have a laundry machine so you can do your laundry for a small price, which we thought was great! Although the hostel was great, the staff was even better. They are amazing, always happy and ready to help you with whatever you need help with. My friend lost her wallet at the hostel, and they kept it at the reception until we had time to come get it! We had a great time in London this week and when we get back here, we Will definitely stay at this Hostel again!

Good hostel in the north of London, right next to a tube station, about 25-30 min downtown. The place is clean, comfort of the beds is alright. Friendly staff. Breakfast could be a little better, at least some jam for the toasts would ne nice. Overall good value for money.
