The absolute rudest front desk team I have ever encountered. I should have read the other reviews before booking. It’s incredibly strange how they operate. Who manages this team?? I booked via a third party in haste and made a mistake via my dates… an hour late I asked for an exception out of good will to rebook for a later date and cancel my booking. Instead of being helpful in any way they were extremely rude in a way that I will absolutely never stay with them again. I recommend you do not either. There are other great hotels in the area at a similar cost. I have been charged full price to stay here when I am not and they made the process horrendous!

The hotel was immaculate and great quality. However I was charged a deposit of Β£100, and given the receipt for 100. But Β£200 was taken off my card. This has not been returned and I can't get through to them on the phone.

Second Stay, Still Excellent β˜…β˜…β˜…β˜…β˜… Just had our second stay at this hotel, this time for a birthday celebration, and it was just as good as we remembered. The room was fabulous - clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The location is unbeatable for exploring London. We were aware there was some restoration work going on, which started early in the morning, but it was very minor and didn't impact our enjoyment at all. A fantastic hotel we wholeheartedly recommend.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the service was nothing short of awful. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were rude and dismissive in a way I have never experienced before, making me feel more like an inconvenience than a guest. To make matters worse, I was asked to pay a deposit upon arrival β€” something that was never mentioned during the booking process. After taking the deposit, the staff then insisted on holding my ID, which felt completely unnecessary and made me very uncomfortable. This lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable. The room itself was poorly maintained, and when I raised my concerns, the front desk’s response was indifferent at best. What should have been a relaxing stay quickly turned into a stressful and disappointing experience because of the hotel’s attitude and lack of basic customer service. For the price charged, I expected at least a basic level of hospitality, but this hotel failed on every front. I would not recommend staying here to anyone looking for comfort, respect, or even standard service.

Top Location, very good 24/7 service and clean rooms, service always cleaned rooms and brought new lotions, shampoo etc. Room may be small but contains everything from shampoo to a good clean shower and toilet as well as a small fridge and a big tv. Beds are very comfy. I really can't understand all the negativ Reviews on here, may be it was different before the renovations but now it is a super hotel, with a super location for a top price. Modern clean and Even a bit luxurious to make it short :).

‼️ I got bitten by bugs, I have big itchy spots on my neck now! Also It was too hot in the room and when I tried to turn off the radiator - it didn’t turn off so I had to sleep with an open window. It was an awful experience. Sadly when I asked for refund the man at the reception didn’t even apologise. He promised to do the β€œinspection”, I honestly hope he will. However I don’t recommend this place. (Btw it was room 7)

Pretty grim decor and the carpets have definitely seen better days but the room, bedding and bathroom were clean but to be honest we didn't spend very long inside the hotel as had a packed few days.

Not comfortable, not at all! Strong smell of disinfectant welcomed us to the room. Towels are with blots, reason of which I could not imagine. Bedclothes must be years old. The only thing good with this hotel is its location, 3 or 4 minutes from underground station. Normally I am used to give 5 stars to all services I received, including to uber drivers and hotels I have stayed in, or do not give reviews if I am not that happy. But this time I cannot keep quiet.

The staff and location are great. The rooms not so much- hairs and stains. The rooms are shabby, but do have fridges, microvawes and hairdriers, which is great if you need them. They are very small, as the hotel itself. If older or disabled, stay away as it has 6 narrow floors/flights if stairs and no elevator. The breakfast was poor. The staff was great, though. For the money, if staying only 1 night- it will do its purpose.

Hotel was in an awful state. Bed sheets were dirty and had not been changed. The room was smelly and dusty. Carpets had lots of stains. There was no lift znd I had to walk three flights of stairs. When I complained to management about the hygiene and state of the room I had a negative response. Management were very rude and aggressive. I walked out and would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. I give it one star due to location.
