   Joe was very helpful sorting my mortgage out for me. This was the third time I've used Joe and he was as helpful and friendly as usual. I was going through a difficult time splitting from my ex and he made the process of taking her name off the mortgage and remortgaging on my own as stress free as possible. He put me in touch with solicitors who sorted my mortgage and was there if and when I needed him. Thanks for everything Joe.

   As first time buyers Nathan was incredibly helpful walking us through the long process of buying our first home! I can say with all certainty that without him everything would have been much more stressful. Any issues we had, he cleared up, including helping us through one major problem (my fault!)!    I had an initial conversation with Joe over 14 months before actually receiving the keys to my new home today. From the first meeting, Joe made everything really easy to understand and put me at ease with how friendly he is. As a first time buyer, I went into the first meeting completely unsure of what I wanted and came out with a much better understanding. With that in mind, we were then able to start looking more seriously at properties we wanted to buy. Throughout the property search I contacted Joe with countless questions and they were never too much hassle for him to answer. Once we had our offer accepted, again, Joe and his team put us at ease and got straight to work on the mortgage application. Something I thought would be really daunting but was made so easy and stress free! Joe and his team have been great throughout, they’ve continuously kept us updated with the progress of the purchase and helped support in chasing up answers when they were needed.
