   I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The apartment was very nice, spotlessly clean, with a spacious kitchen and a well-equipped, modern bathroom. It felt like home away from home. What stood out most was the staff everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful, from the kind ladies at the reception to the friendly and professional security team. They were always ready to assist with anything I needed, and that made a big difference in my experience. Thank you for a comfortable and pleasant stay! I would gladly recommend this place to others.

   I'f I could give 0 stars I would. This place is disgusting mouse infested dirty place the staff and reception are very rude and do not care about the health of anyone living here, I have become very ill since living here there is so many things wrong with this place.

   Rubbish, needles, and mice were the highlights of my visit! Place is a dumping ground for people who cant be housed else where!

   This place is an absolute joke and should be shut down discarded dirty needles left outside. Staff unhelpful and not trained to deal with the clientele they are supposed to be looking after.
