Booked a triple rooms. Needed 3 single beds. Room we were given was a double and single. Actually spent more money in order to get the three single beds. Staff said we were given an upgrade when I went back down to get my triple room. It wasn’t an upgrade as the room we got was actually cheaper than the room I paid for. Not good enough.

The hotel was clean. Very well positioned to the center and sights. Good value for money. Customers must understand that being an old building, it was designed that way, with small rooms and bathrooms, and it is not possible to modify the structure of the building. Those who are dissatisfied have enough much more expensive options to choose from :) The staff is very nice and overall I had a positive experience in London!

Rooms are small even by London standards. Clean, but very well worn. Limited outlets if you need sleep appliances. Shower was barely 3X3, and that's feet not meters. No food, so no breakfast. Also no lift so not good for mobility impaired. Quiet at night even tho very convenient to Paddington Station. Good pubs nearby and several places to get that breakfast they don't have. Staff was friendly. At least it was relatively cheap.

My room was in the basement, tiny, with a shower barely big enough to move in. The staff was completely unprofessional: we were given wrong payment information when buying an adapter, and the next day the staff rudely insisted we find cash immediately, yet could not resolve the problem. The worst part: we were woken at 9 AM by drilling right outside our door, beeping fire alarms, and extremely loud phone calls. When we complained, the hotel reacted disrespectfully, shifting the blame onto us (“ We started 9:00 which is legally acceptable“ and we were supposedly loud the night before), and a staff member later knocked loudly on our door multiple times, saying “you are disgusting.” I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout the entire stay. Anyone expecting peace, professional service, and basic comfort should avoid this hotel entirely.

I will be staying here again. Small hotel charm. Personal service. Friendly doesn't begin to explain the staff. Perhaps my best hotel guest experience. A well earned 5*

I booked a room with lower price, but the reservation was cancelled by the hotel before my departure. The hotel said the reason of cancellation is my credit cards invalid. However, I provided three credit cards to the hotel, and one of those credit card was just accepted by another hotel in London. Regarding the response from Falcon Hotel, I really doubt the said Bank's Terminal. Another hotel in London can charge fee via my credit card recently, but Falcon Hotel can't do with my SAME credit card. Although I haven't stayed at Falcon Hotel, I chat with them and they didn't reply afterwards, then cancelling my reservation. Due to the cancellation, I have to pay more to re-book another hotel in London. I think that's why my reservation cancelled by so-called "reason".

Staff are lovely and kind, let us leave our bags until we had to go to airport. Rooms small but very clean

The staff here are so welcoming and hospitable. Felt such a warm presence from the second we walked in. The location is amazing; 2 minute walk to the train station with lots of good eats close by. The property has a cute little terrace where we enjoyed dinner one evening and our room was quaint but clean. Definitely will stay here again on our next visit to London. The place for the price cannot be beat.

Small but clean. The staff was friendly and informative. No frills. The room was small and every time we moved we bumped a lamp or the bedside table opening the room door. The shower was a very tight fit. Wifi did not work well. But 3 stars overall for the quality of the staff and the service.
