   Even before arriving, I have received outstanding and genuinely caring service from the Holiday Inn Camden Lock team. A special thanks to Qureshi, who has been extremely helpful, professional, and attentive to every detail of our reservation. All our requests were handled with kindness and clarity, making us feel truly welcomed and looked after. Communication has been prompt and reassuring, and this level of care already gives us great confidence that our stay will be a very pleasant one. Looking forward to arriving soon and highly appreciating the customer service provided so far.

   Thoroughly wonderful 2 night stay. Arrived 4 hours before check-in to drop off the bags to find the room was ready. Great view overlooking Camden Lock. Perfect location for Camden and close to the underground to explore further afield. Speedy check-in service, and as an IHG member have free late checkout (2pm). Couldn't fault the room. Fantastically comfortable bed with amazing duvet and pillows. Shower to die for and controls away from the showerhead so no getting wet when turning on the water. All the services you could want in the room, tea/coffee, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and safe. Plenty of space for clothes. Add in the sofa and coffee table and a little home away from home. Well done Holiday Inn

   Kudos to the staff at the reception and specially at the restaurant. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Camden lock over 12 days during a business trip. The hotel is currently under renovation so there were some issues with the room however the staff were proactive and provided immediate solutions. I have to mention the restaurant staff in particular who are very polite and welcoming. Absolutely love the lil notes they put up on tables every morning, shout out to Asha, Vrushali and the rest of the team for all the attention to detail. The housekeeping staff is friendly and prompt. The location is buzzing and accessible which makes it a good option to stay.

   Stayed here for 1 night after a day out in London. We arrived at 3pm, and checked in very quickly. They are currently renovating the rooms, but this wasnt reflected upon arrival (high standards etc) We had a free room upgrade to one of their new rooms overlooking the docks. As an IHG member we could of got a late check out but unfortunately we had to be home early. The floor we were on, was very nice and you could tell it had been renovated, it was very appealing. The room itself was very spacious, clean and trendy. The window was like a door and opened wide overlooking the docks, it was really pleasant. Bed was super comfy as were the pillows, the bathroom had an amazing shower and a big mirror. We didn't have an evening meal there but there menu was good and you had the option of room service too. Although close to the nightlife of Camden, the windows were soundproofed from the main hustle and bustle although a bit of noise seeped though... we were provided with ear plugs which was a nice touch (we didn't use them, but I definitely took them home with me!). Slept really well. Had breakfast in the morning which was well attended by staff, they were very helpful. Breakfast was good, there was a good selection of foods and drinks to choose from. Check out was smooth, quick and easy. Highly recommend.

   The experience was amazing since the first day. The staff knew about my boyfriend's birthday and they were super nice giving us the room with views directly to Camden. We were happy since the beginning as I said. Thanks to the staff specially Ruben who received us in the hotel and Shai who helped me to find a scarf I forgot in the hotel very quickly! Thank you for everything and to all people who work there and made my experience in London unforgettable. For sure I will repeat in the same hotel if I come back again. The location is spectacular, we enjoyed Camden so much.

   Excellent location for sightseeing in London. Camden was a great place to wonder around. We had a family room. All my family found the room was too warm even with the air conditioner on. The lowest it would go was 14°. We stayed in February. I advised the hotel of this, who said they would look into it but then left a desk top fan in the room. It didn't really help. Overall really good hotel

   We planned to take our son to London Zoo & booked the Holiday Inn - Camden to stay nearby. Unfortunately he developed an ear infection and couldn’t go so I stayed with him in the hotel. Bianca on reception found us a room for early check-in & gave him some sweets & crisps to cheer him up. She also helped us up to our room with all our belongings. I ordered room service and the veggie club sandwich was very tasty - especially the chips! We saw Bianca the next morning and she asked if he was feeling better (which he was). The choice for breakfast was great & the kids loved the pancake maker! Thank you for looking after us!! Elaine Violet

   Nice hotel stayed here a bunch of times, today was checked in by Bianca who was most friendly and professional, it’s the staff that keep you coming back and she did a great job of making us feel welcome. Room is good, with a nice view and the bathroom stocked with those tiny bottles of shampoo that make me feel like a giant!

   I very much enjoyed my stay at this location. Right in the heart of Camden, I was barely a 5 minute walk from the outdoor market, numerous restaurants and food stands, and the Camden Tube station. The room was perfect for someone staying solo, and the view of the canal couldn't be beat!
