Nice room with a original designed bathroom. Food was good, nice people. Only located next to a busy road.
Reasonably priced, clean and tidy rooms with your own bathroom (albeit a bit small). You get what you pay for! Hosts are warm and welcoming for the most part. Conveniently located close to Purley town centre, on the main road and easy to find with ideal transport links (via bus and train) into Croydon and central London.

I have been there for four days and I had a very nice time, everything was very clean, included the bathrooms, the environment was very peacefully and freandly... spacious rooms... TV and Wifi in the rooms... amaizing and flexible breakfast.... actually a lot of flexibility with everything (time of check in and out... everything). Reasonable price! I felt like at home! Thank you very much!
The owners are super nice, friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were nice sized and clean along with the bathrooms. The breakfast in the morning is absolutly sufficient and it can vary according to personal requests. Well worth a stay
