Great room, great location. Vania assisted us with the tv as one of us is deaf and required subtitles, we weren't able to get it to work, yet this young lady spent time with us and got it sorted. One of the best staff members there. Another friendly staff member was Deon. Hats off to you for these two superb members of staff.

It is what it is. Good price for basic room. No bells and whistles but if you need to crash it’s always a good option. Could be a tadge cleaner for my liking

Planes, trains and automobiles. Nope, not the movie I watched, just some of the many noises you will hear during your stay. A sad, tired and dated venue, took me back 20 years. My stop over was made bearable by very pleasant staff. It's relatively cheap but should be even cheaper.

A nice hotel with the carpark at the front, there's no lift only stairs, the rooms are large and there are no bath tubs. There is an interconnecting door from Travelodge to Toby Carvey, it's located between the hotel reception and the stair case, it's easy not to notice it, I only noticed it when I was in Toby Carvey and went to the Gents toilets which is actually in Travelodge side.

Room was pretty decent, only faults I had, the socket was loose on the wall and a stain down the wall, but bed was surprisingly comfortable. Toby carvery on the side, sadly not much else to eat by here unless you want fast food.

Stayed 4 & 5 /02/23. Location just off main road, handy for buses and Puley Oaks station. Receptionists were friendly and welcoming. Mattress comfortable. Our room was over reception door so noisy at times especially if you open the window. Clean but well overdue a refurbishment. Not much carpet left on the carpet. Not good soundproofing so you hear people coming and going. Location is the best thing going for it, and the nice staff.

Very noisy doors and people talking you can hear in Room 112 107 we were moved to was quieter over the garden..However the shower was stiff and only one towel so bonus to have to move rooms it was better in 107 but only one spare pillow so borrowed had no choice. Don't know why we wasn't given that room in the beginning. Check in staff polite didn't really chat much. Came in evening no staff not good.

Staff members were nice, polite, smiley and had good basic conversations. Bathroom was clean and tidy so no complaints about that. The room need a bit of upgrade, to be honest and lastly, need to top up regularly instead of us going and asking for top up.

Free parking. Friendly receptionist. Clean room. Comfy bed. Value for money 2 star hotel. What on earth do people expect?! Thankyou Travelodge, we'll be back!¥.

Hats off for customer service. Marcel was very sufficient, patient and helpful when checking us in. Although as other have stated the place could do with a much needed refurbishment. It does what it needs to do, for the price and for the star rating. Thanks again Marcel
