This is the worst hotel I've stayed in, I stayed here from the 17th November - 20th November 2025. I was due to check out on the 21st November but had to get a refund for the 1-night remaining, it was that bad. The bed had bugs in it and I've got bites on my arms and legs. The en suite was so small it was a joke, the wash basin was like a little kids sized one. Also, the room I was in, the shower drainage was blocked with hair and all sorts. It flooded the floor because water couldn't pass through the drain. Won't be coming here again, and would pay the extra elsewhere for better facilities. The only positive I have about this hotel is that the tube station was only a 1-minute walk.

The room standard was completely different from what I saw in the pictures on Booking.com. There were three different beds of various sizes, and all the mattresses were extremely hard. It was the most disappointing trip I’ve ever had. When I raised my concerns, the owner simply said, “You can cancel,” even though it was the middle of the night. It has now been three days since I cancelled, and I still haven’t received a refund. To make things worse, we found bedbugs in our clothes and had to throw them away. We were forced to look for a new hotel late at night, which was very stressful and inconvenient. They literally think only about money not the standard. Some pictures I took.

It's more of a converted house than a hotel. Our room was the garage that had been converted. Room was very basic and small and smelled really bad of damp and mould. A dodgy door that could be locked from the outside. Door handle of bathroom was broken. Really wanted to spend as little time as possible in the room. Few parking spaces available and included in the cost which is very cheap for London. The accommodation is located a 2 mins walk from a tube station which is very convenient

Bed is super comfortable, and the linen is very clean. Staff are really nice. Very tiny room but better than a hostel bunk bed! It's nice to have a single room option. It's definitely not worth the full price. The photos are not the same place.

THE WORST HOTEL EVER. Do not book this place, if you want your health to be intact. This place is filthy, disgusting. Avoid st all cost. The management is uncooperative. The room is a shed, the bed is dirty. There are piles of linen outside. The room is basically a shed at the back of the main building. This place needs to be reported.

Booked a deluxe family room for 4 adults (1 couple and 2 single adults) luckily the room came with 1 double and 2 single beds. Basic room, does need a bit of cosmetic updating but beds were comfy, room was clean, tea/coffee facilities, 2 hairdryers and a small fridge. Room faced sainsburys yard but didn't hear any noise from it. I reserved a parking spot in front by emailing (space for 3 cars), there was no actual sign of the space being reserved but luckily there was an empty space when we arrived. When checking in you get a key for front door and a key for your room. Very handy for a gig at Camden roundhouse. We got an uber (about £10) but close to public transport links and hotel is on a quiet residential street so no external noise. Would stay again for the price paid.

Rooms are small, but for the price, they are worth it. The manager is helpful and a kind guy. Some rooms definitely need refreshing but it seems repairworks are underway. The rooms are very clean, however I could not help but notice the strong smell of weed in some rooms. Not that I mind it but some people do not like it.

As soon as we arrived, the lobby door was locked even though we told the hotel beforehand that we would arrive at 1am. We waited outside for 20 minutes until someone finally opened the door. He then proceeded to tell us we needed to pay a late fee of £25 but didn’t accept cards and didn’t have change. So that was definitely to trick tourists. We went inside our room and the clothing racks on the wall were not firmly nailed in and came off with a slight touch. Everything was basically broken before we even came in. The second day, we came back to the hotel & one of the beds was completely soaked from a leak in the roof. The manager proceeded to tell us there were no other rooms available and simply gave us a duvet. But that was no sufficient because the mattress was completely soaked from the leak. He finally gave in and said there one more room available. We moved all of our stuff to the other room only to find bed bugs crawling around the curtains and beds. I currently have 7 bites all over my back from the bed bugs. Do not stay at this hotel.

3/4 front parking spaces, keypad entry as well as key, room was okay, very small bathroom, bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the noise, not sure if it was other guests or the owner taking his children to school but I heard children shouting, and running around early in the morning about 7am which woke me up. Very loud and inconsiderate.
