   I highly recommend the factory tour to anyone with an interest in the JLR brand, or history. We travelled up from Devon the day before and stayed locally, it was well worth it. Incredibly interesting and a very knowledgeable team where nothing was too much trouble!

   We had a factory tour in the morning and an off road experience in the afternoon. Gary who did both our factory tour and was our off road instructor in the afternoon was friendly, knowledgeable, very patient and explained things well he also had a brilliant sense of humour that made our day so pleasant. Danielle and Chloe helped us from beginning to end with our booking and hosted us on the day, nothing was too much trouble and they arranged lunch, which was delicious and well worth the money. If you are doing a full day we would highly recommend the lunch as there is nowhere close by and the roads can be busy. A big thank you to you all for a fantastic, memorable day, we didn’t know our car could do so much.

   Me and my dad did the JLR factory tour today, which was an xmas present for my dad and i had just bought a DS. Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish, Greeted at the gate by Brad, and then looked after by Chloe In reception. Sean was our tour guide and he was brilliant, made us feel very welcome and was very knowledgeable, he made it an experience we will never forget. We couldn’t believe the size of the factory and the machines used to build the vehicles, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend to anyone, not just Land Rover enthusiasts. I Just want to say an extra thanks to Sean who bought my dad something from the shop in the factory as his blood sugar was getting low due to him being diabetic, that was very kind of him. I am now going to book the half day driving experience. You won’t be disappointed Richard and John

   Fantastic experience, my dad loved driving the Discovery Sport. It was his first drive off-road, with an automatic car and driving on the opposite side of the road. Plus, I had to translate every instruction that Sean was giving him. Sean was an absolute legend! His instructions were clear and we managed to do plenty of obstacles. We were also greeted at the gate, which was a nice touch. All the staff was very kind, excellent customer service.

   Bought two experiences as a birthday gift for my husband. We were met at the gates and greeted by name which was a nice touch. The first experience was the Factory Tour which was led by John and was really informative. We saw most of the production process from the sheet steel being pressed to the finished car being driven off the production line. The second experience was the 1 hour taster driving session in an Evoke under the expert guidance from Sean. Every interaction with the team was fabulous - from Chloe when making the initial booking, Hannah at the experience and John and Sean too. Can thoroughly recommend this experience, it was fabulous.

   It was truly amazing. The Experience was my birthday present off my husband. I was so excited just like a kid on Christmas morning. Great welcome on arrival. Coffee and biscuits while the paper work sorted. Taken outside and asked, out of 5, which car I would like to drive. I'm 70yrs old and 5'3" tall. I chose the biggest. A 2018 White 4.2 Range Rover value £120,000. Sean, my instructor was excellent. He drove down to the off road area then it was over to me. He explained all the controls, buttons, switches, mirrors and cameras. He said we would have some surprises on route and oh boy did we! One of the pics shows us stopped and balanced on 3 wheels. Look close, the furthest front wheel is off the ground. I took that pic while stopped balanced with my foot firm on the brake. If you want to know more make a booking. It's worth every penny. I didn't want it to end.
