   This place has been placed in a nice and quiet area. The rooms are all modernised and fully equipped and it's above all other B&Bs. Very nice and polite staff absolutely taking care of everything.

   Generally a clean room, however the rest of the hotel and service was really appalling. We didn’t appriciate the being placed in a room that didn’t have a window or at least if there was no window there was no air circulation function in the toilet or in the room. The AC was only on one side of the room. Service was substantially poor upon the basic request for simple amenities such as an iron etc…. I honestly would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel. The only positive thing In the hotel was the housekeeper Juilanne she managed to get us an iron within minutes. Reception staff could have been more helpful.

   Very good hotel with Covid systems all on place. Underground secure parking is additional charge, and breakfast is a takeaway bag with cereal, milk, yogurt, maybe fruit, juice carton and a piece of cheese. Rooms were quiet and I slept well during my week + stay. Best was rooms had 2 hobs, microwave / grill and a fridge. A/C was fine and room in general was perfectly acceptable. Rooms were cleaned by requesting and leaving sign on door handle.

   Room was very clean, sheets and bed made well.. It was not hard to find and quite central for local places to visit.. On the downside, I am disappointed with the staff in tonight 11.06.21, they did not check my identification, nor did they tell me that the room did not have any breakfast included with the price. Booking.com offered the same rate as the hotel direct but theirs included breakfast. Staff professionalism needs work. The person that checked me in was happy to offer me parking at £7 a night but did not talk about any other added extras (breakfast, bar, meals). I rang late to order my breakfast because i thought this was incuded with the fee (fine, my own fault), the night receptionist did not offer me the option of paying extra for this breakfast but was quick to tell me there was no breakfast offered and asked me if that was all..... Professionalism, being able to tell guests of all that BWP has to offer will be invaluable for all your customers.

   The hotel is very clean the rooms excellent especially for families, very clean and of decent size two beds in the room we had one single one queen size. The bed comfortable room as a fridge and microwave. The breakfast could be upgraded £2 for full English. Only thing that stopped me from giving five stars was one of the staff on front desk we asked her a reasonable question about something we witnessed with a guest that made us question our safety she was sharp and rude very unprofessional the rest of the staff super professional. Would I stay again yes.

   Comfortable night's sleep in a "green" room well equipped with air conditioning, fridge, large TV, microwave (in fact had small kitchen unit in room) staff were efficient and friendly. Has underground car parking at basement level and strong free WiFi mattresses was pretty good for a hotel and we are fussy about mattresses. Breakfast was good with a reasonable amount of self service choice and a served cooked breakfast. Would have given 4 and a half stars if that was possible! Well done.

   Very nice hotel. Is not expensive but the services are very good for the money. The rooms are clean, every day the cleaners change the bed sheets, towels and consumables. The rooms have big LCD TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge, safe and microwave oven. The room doors are locked with electronic latches wich sometimes doesn't work properly because of magnetic cards, but the problem is very well known by the hotel employees and they will change your card without any problems. Parking is not free and you can park at the basement of the hotel or into Ibis hotel parking.

   This is a newly opened hotel and is designed to offer more than just a room for the night. Although there were still some teething problems with the new build, this did not take away from the restful experience of staying here. The staff are very polite and very helpful and the facilities are excellent. The bedrooms are modern with excellent shower, plenty of towels and other bits and pieces that a business traveller will find welcome. I highly recommend this establishment.
