Helpful and friendly staff, great location, amazing value and close to lots of central London areas. They have wifi in the hotel, 24 hour staff, amazingly clean rooms and didn't even need a credit card hold to check in. If you just want a place to sleep as you explore London in detail, Haven is great. There's a lovely little pub, the Monkey Puzzle, down the street, restaurants nearby, coffee places up the road and anything else you could want within a short walk.

For the price, this is great value for money. Location is excellent and the room was very clean! Friendly staff too. If you are looking for a cost effective, clean, friendly place then this is it. Would stay here again.

We stayed two nights at the Haven Hotel and it worked great for us! Great location with lots of places to eat nearby. The staff was very friendly, our room was clean and exactly what we expected. This hotel is definitely older but perfect for those on a budget that don't mind fewer amenities.

Room was small and basic, but warm and comfortable with plenty of toiletries and tea/ coffee. very pleasant guy on reception. For one night after a night on the town , just to get your head down, it was perfect

Location of the hotel is good, close to Marble Arch, Hyde park and Oxford Street. Good public transport access. We stayed there for New year celebration. The staff was very nice and helpful. In the reception there was always someone, which doesn't happen at all hotels. Our room overall was good, with plenty of soaps and shampoos. There was a kettle with teas and coffees in the room and a small fridge. 4* for room just because the walls are a bit thin and you can hear your neighbours, stairs are a bit narrow. Would we stay there again? -Yes.

Room is a bit small for a father with teenage daughter, but bed is good. It is just for 2 days. Friendly helpful staff, close to hyde park, a supermarket, a pub and the underground.

I think we had the worst bedroom in the hotel. No true door between the bed and the toilets, so no intimacy. No place to walk around the bed.

Clean, quiet, and reasonably priced! The rooms were bright and airy. There were coffee and tea supplies, along with a mini fridge and electric kettle. The beds were pretty comfy and the sheets were clean and crisp. The hotel was about a 6 minute walk to the nearest Tube station. Main issue was that we had no hot water for the first 24 hours of our trip. Taking cold showers after traveling and walking all day was very unpleasant… The front desk was responsive, but told us the problem was just because “too many people were using the hot water”. Not sure if other guests were experiencing this issue or if it was just us. In the end I think they had a repair person come, because the second day we had no issues with the water! Overall a decent budget hotel in an otherwise overpriced city!
