Very simple pics are from at 5-10 years ago. Water stains chairs loose or broken no couch fridge never defrosted . everything is either old rusted or stained. I will say the beds clean and firm 1 night was okay . But if staying longer look else were.
It is a bad place and there is a bad smell when you enter the building at the stairs and when you enter the apartment there is a smell and barbecue smoke that enters the apartment and the ventilation in it is very bad and I talk to them and tell them and write to them about it. No one answers me on WhatsApp through conversations.
Currently staying at this place for couple days. Can't wait to leave. Flat is located behind sofra restaurant entrance is between tables of the restaurant, literally had to push chairs and go through eating clients to the entrance. Stairwell is so filthy. Hair everywhere, the amount of dust is extraordinary, old mail on the stairs and on every big step there is stuff stored under sheets. Guess what they are? Your sheets and towels. ON THE DIRTY STAIRS OF ALL PLACES. Fortunately we brought our own towels!! Inside the flat. All doors are beyond dirty, splashes everywhere. On the doors, on the handles, on the walls, on the bathroom. God knows how long before they were cleaned. There is some kind of adhesive wallpaper and it's coming apart in the room. Flooring is dangerous, laminate is so old it is coming apart leaving gaps between planks. On top of this, it's sticky feels it hasn't been cleaned in ages. Rug in one of the rooms I don't dare to step on it without shoes. In general I didn't take my shoes off unless it was the bed. Windows are so dirty, curtains and shutters full of dust and these are not soundproof. We can hear people talk from the outside. Noise comes from all places I brought my own cleaning/antibac wipes fortunately and gave it a go around the bathroom door handles. Light switch as well. Don't want to describe the disgust. Everything was grey even though the door was white, next one coming in at least will be able to touch them. I tried a wipe on the bed's headrest. Let the photos be enough of this. Compilation of dust and whatever was on there. Bathroom stinks. Started seeing bugs as well. Guess both smell and bugs come from the gutter hole on the bathroom floor. Shower is not clean, tiles filthy beyond imagination. This place is dirty and need to be shut down and refurbished and cleaned from top to bottom before any people come in. I'll let the photos speak from themselves as this is just unreal.
Had to collect keys on other side of London as it was after 5.30pm. No directions and had to hunt to find enterance which was eventually found in between tables of restaurant below. Stair well Grimm ! Not been hoovered in forever with old mail shoved everywhere, each small landing had something stored on it and covered with sheets. Staying in flat 3 at top, no light on landing and door to flat is glass. No fire alarms, or any smoke detectors to be seen anywhere. Very poor cleaning, everything is old tired and grotty. Wall paper peeling off walls and no curtains as seen in photos. In fact the living room only has one window so advertising is false! Flooring has massive gasps in. AVOID! Lying/misleading host, dirty flat with broken utilities.
Perfect area surrounding flat. Inside is sparse. No Hot water or working TV. Uggggggghhhhhhhhh!
Class! Great location and large square footage for a price that beats flats up North! Host was excellent and the communication was great right throughout our experience, would definitely stay again. Zak & Group.
To avoid. We had to wait 1h30 before "the host" comes to give us the keys. No polite measures taken, no presentation of the stay. The lobby is littered with old mail, blankets are stored in the stairs. In the apartment there is a broken glass, there were insects in the bath room, used panties under the bed, $ the parquet was very damaged & dusty, Also the wall was stained and there was water infiltration in the bathroom. Unusable microwaves, dirty cutlery.
