Matt is an amazing host and helpful in every way possible. We felt at home and it was such a beautiful feeling. The B&B is well located, near train station, tram station and restaurant. It is exceptionally cleaned and well kept. I would come back over and over again. Highly recommended!
Matt & Bev were the perfect hosts. Hospitable, warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The crumpets were divine, the room was absolutely beautiful, and the location could not have been better. Just minutes on foot to the Lloyd Park tram station. I can not rave about this beautiful B&B, or the hosts, enough.
Needed a last minute place to crash, found them on Google. Easy to locate, expansive house and reasonable sized rooms and decent beds. Room was clean overall. Fresh towels and shower gel provided. Walk in shower and a large TV. You get a kettle and few complimentary water bottles and cookies. Nice touches to bring up the rating there. Didn't have the breakfast, so no comments there's but I am sure it would have been decent based on the overall sense of the place and how it was run. The host was polite and helpful. The broadband is on the slower side, specifically the upload speed. Bear this in mind if you are working remotely and need to send emails or worse, video calls. I would stay there again, you can get there from East/West Croydon station by tram quite easily. The tram stop is 4 mins from the B&B.
This B&B was the best place to stay! I was there for two nights, very easy to get to from Gatwick via the train/bus. The room was big and cozy. There was tea, coffee, water, and cookies in the room. Towels and shower gel were provided in the clean bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and hosts were very very friendly and accomodating. It's everything and more, way better than staying at a hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone!
An absolute Gem of a place. This was an excellent experience. I stayed 4 nights, the rooms amazing, the welcome... so,so friendly and welcoming. The owners Matt and Bev are truly lovely people. Incredibly helpful. Local knowledge a huge help to guests. I really cannot praise this establishment enough . Breakfast,plentiful and beautifully cooked, with great service. I would highly,highly recommend a stay here.
My family and I stayed at the Croham Park B&B at the end of June 2022 and we had a wonderful time. Matt and Bev are the sweetest people and their home is lovely. Everything is so clean and bright and the private bathrooms are superb. Breakfast each morning was delicious and the conversation was as well!!! We love this place because of it’s convenient location. There is a beautiful park very close and all sorts of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The B&B is near both the tram and bus stop making access to the train station and the City very convenient. We highly recommend this beautiful home to everyone looking to visit London but also want quiet and calm at the end of the day. We so look forward to our next visit. A fantastic B&B with all the facilities you need for a short stay. The room was very spacious and the breakfast was second to none. The owners are extremely friendly and bend over backwards to offer you any assistance you might need with anything at all during your stay.
Absolutely outstanding in every way. Matt was a great host, very friendly and welcoming, with great customer service. This has got to be the best B & B we have ever stayed in, so clean throughout. lovely room with ensuite, we give a 10/10 for our lovely stay and would score more if we could. Fab breakfast too.
