The location is excellent, and the pod accommodations are both comfortable and spacious. The washroom facilities were clean, though there is room for improvement. For instance, the shower head's water pressure was inconsistent, making it challenging to bathe comfortably. The room and hotel security measures are commendable, ensuring a sense of safety for guests.

Great location, lovely staff, amazing value… BUT whoever designed the bathroom clearly hates privacy. The room had a semi-transparent, unsealed glass door — meaning we could see, hear, and smell every… activity. Truly a sensory experience for all senses — against our will. It might be acceptable for the 2-person room, but not for the 6-people room. We literally had to leave the room to use other facilities like fugitives escaping our own bathroom. Fix that, and it’s a perfect stay. Otherwise… no, just no.

TO CONSIDER WHEN BOOKING AT THIS PLACE. NOT a normal hotel - rooms are not made every day (eagerly 4 days they change linen and do you bed) only towels are changed if you put them on the floor. Room is minimalist and does not have windows or tables nor wardrobes. Bed is not rigid more like soft. Any extra is payable, hair dryer 10£. NOTE good ratings that you may see are bought by STAFF by allowing an extra luggage at no charge (15£per piece) if you DONOT give a rating of more than 8 you will not get this attention and hence will not get a baggage fo Free. I have to say this is NOT acceptable - please consider comments above when booking. I have to say the location is centric and very good

A great find for a cost effective stay after a day/night out in London. Check in and check out was super easy. With staff on hand to assist if required. The room was very clean and smelled lovely. We had the family room with 4 beds (singles) 2 down and 2 up a ladder. Beds were comfy, but would definitely have preferred 2 pillows as having only 1 meant that you sleep very flat. You must be comfortable with each other as the door to the bathroom is a sliding one and not soundproofed at all which makes things “interesting”. Returning in the evening and there was decent security in the door as well as keycard requirements post exiting the lift.

Firstly - don't go to the wrong place - if you are in the Cocoons then you are in the old Body Works building... and at the moment you have to use a side entrance as the main one is still undergoing renovation. Check in was easy, on the terminals and the staff are there and very friendly and helpful to ensure all is smooth. Get your keycard and head up to the 'rooms' - they are well organised and there are female only spaces too. Your cocoon is essentially the size of a 1 1/2 man tent I would say - more comfortable, and warmer, especially in winter. One thing to note is that in order to have fresh air, yopu need to leave a rather noisy extractor fan running above your head - or leave the hatch open a bit, which a number of people did. The towels are quite small and very thin, they dry, but not great for multi night stays. The toilet and shower 'blocks' are very functional and very clean - in fact shout out to the amazing cleaners - they are friendly and efficient and really nice :) - the showers are one push button operated, and I did not find the temperature to be very stable running cold and hot. The push buttons last between 6 and 10 seconds on the ones I used, so you have to keep hitting it. My first night was below a very noisy person, so I did not sleep great - they moved me to another top level one and that was much better and slept really well. It is great to have a nice secure (BRING YOUR OWN PADLOCK!) space - however, it did feel a bit isolated - there is not a hostel feel to the place - the reception is a bit sparse and there is no real way to encourage interactions between people staying - maybe once they finish the new reception there will be? Overall - a good place to stay - really central and well priced and the staff are great from the security to the cleaners to the receptionists.

The hotel is very modern and is close to the tube station. The place is clean. The bed is comfortable. We love the room design, and the washroom. The group of staff on-duty during our stay were polite and accommodating. They have 24/7 desk service and they got enough staff to assist all guests. It is recommended for short time travels and those who just wish to have a place to rest. Just few concerns include - no refrigerator and drinking water heater. We also didn’t like the fact that we had to pay for the luggage storage. We hope they do not charge the hotel guests as they offer the storage service to non-guests for the same fee, too.

Great staff, location and cleanliness but being American, we took for granted that there was a TV, closet, and chair in the room. There were no face/ washcloths in the bathroom, either. Our room was very small, so that May explain absence of those amenities; not sure if that was standard for all rooms. Lots to do within walking distance, including some of main sites. Overall, still a great experience.

Fantastic staff, very helpful and approachable. We needed a few extra pillows so just sent text and received them a short while later. Great location for West end theatre's. Rooms very basic just a bed. But great accessibility and wonderful accessible bathroom. Was able to charge my mobility scooter just outside the room.

What a find when booking accommodation in London. Had a really great stay here. Checking in and out was easily done on the tablets in reception, found our room easily and was delighted with the room when we got there. It was clean, comfortable and just what we needed for our night stay. The location is great, right in centre in Piccadilly Circus, however when in the Zedwell you would never know as it is so quiet! Had a great night sleep due to the darkness of the room and the silence. I will definitely be booking here again when I go back to London and will be telling everyone all about it and definitely recommend.

Without windows it's a little disconcerting and the AC doesn't go below 19°c which meant I got quite sweaty but that's the only issue. The rooms are really clean and quiet. Very open foyer where you check yourself in but there are staff to help. Feels grand. Friendly staff but you could easily stay there without interacting with a staff member. Would definitely stay again.
