Stayed one night. Room was very spacious and having a hot tub in the room is a nice plus even if I didn't have a the chance to use it. The room is located in a nice area and is close to everything you would need when staying in London. Unfurtunatly the bed was very soft and a bit creaky and the shower had an issue where it was way too hot even though I turned the temperature knob all the way to the coldest. Also I was a bit concerned security was as all the rooms as well as the main door to the building are secured by combination locks and I have no idea how often the codes change if at all.

Good location but the room was a let down. Shower had a window right in front of it looking out into other houses. No curtains and no frosted glass so people could look right in. I didn't dare shower. The bath hose was leaking and cover caps were missing for the jet streams. The tap fell off too. Would not recommend at all.

Room was clean and tidy. Powerful shower and the jacuzzi was great. No toiletries in the room despite being advertised but not the end of the world. Easy access after receiving the door codes during the day. Bit noisy from neighbouring rooms

Excellent, quiet location. Nicely decorated, nice bathrooms, clean, easy/uncomplicated to access, and good value for money for London. The rooms are only let down by a couple of things that could be quite easily rectified. I have stayed here a number of times over the years and I always think the same. Firstly, the cheap bedding really lets things down. The duvet cover is akin to something you'd have in your spare room at home and give a shabby vibe overall. Some nicer, more hotel-style/quality bedding would really elevate the rooms and be more comfortable. Secondly, blackout blinds would improve guest experience/comfort greatly, as the current curtain situation means so much light gets in - rubbish if you're on holiday and trying to have a long, restful sleep! If these two things were improved then I would have no complaints at all.

Room was pretty and very clean, amazing jacuzzi and comfy bed, big telly on the wall you could watch from the bed or the jacuzzi!! Really well equipped with tea coffee hot chocolate, toiletries, even a revlon hairdryer!! Plus a really nice cafe and restaurant downstairs. We would love to come back

Lovely place to stay! In a quiet location. Rooms lovely and clean, very spacious!! The jacuzzi bath was amazing. Bathroom was beautiful. Bed nice and comfy! Easy to check in/contact someone if needed. ONLY con: no full length mirror :( but definitely not a huge issue. Definitely recommend.

Really loved this little hotel. Large rooms with high ceilings made it feel spacious. Quite a homely feel by having squishy pillows, duvets and home style bedding. Had good tea and coffee facilities and even had a bottle of water in the room too. Jacuzzi bath was so relaxing. Would stay here again. Owner was very communicative with clear instructions on how to enter property and room
