   Stayed here for a couple of days. When they mention the rooms are small, believe them — they are small. However, since our focus was on exploring the city rather than staying in the hotel, it was great for the occasion! The room served its function. For the amenities, they offer free water and apples, as well you can also rent umbrellas. The staff was polite and attentive, and I appreciated that they noticed I was a member.

   This location was formerly a "Yotel" last year, rebranded as a Four Points Flex recently. Rooms are tiny but clean. My room had a double bed, a small window that didn't open, and the only space for suitcase storage was under the bed. No closet, minimal storage, and no back for the desk chair. The shower was (again) tiny, but had multiple shower options, with an overhead rain type and a standard power shower wand. The website does not show that they have breakfast, but they actually have a pretty standard UK Marriott breakfast bar. Eggs, beans, streaky bacon, toast, pastries, plus juices, tea, and coffee / espresso. The staff was friendly, and did what they could with their limited resources. Location is great, the Bethnal Green underground station is incredibly close. (However, there's stairs and an annoying change at Holburn from the Piccadilly to Central line.) I was unable to check out the accessible rooms, but the lowest level was listed with an accessable WC on the elevator sign. As a single traveler with a short, busy schedule, I'd stay here again. But for longer term stays or a need to work from the room, I'd look for somewhere else.

   Room was, as expected, small—but it was very clean and thoughtfully designed. The staff were wonderful, and worked hard to get me a very early check-in when I arrived early morning after a red-eye flight (and brought me coffee and pastries as I tried not to fall asleep in the lobby while I waited for a room). The lobby is staffed 24/7 which was really nice as a solo traveler. Location-wise, it’s off of a pretty, leafy square and right down the street from the Bethnal Green stop. The station closed unexpectedly one of the nights, but when it was running it was helpful to be so close to a stop since the hotel is a little out of the way of downtown London. I wouldn’t stay here if I was traveling with someone—the room would have been impossible to share—but will definitely be coming back if I’m in London as a solo traveler again!

   We had a pleasant stay at the hotel for 5 consecutive nights. Its a excellent experience: the room is compact and clean, we found it quite normal as we used to have similar rooms in Tokyo as well. We love the facilities, especially the lift and the refreshment corner at the lobby. It is well-equipped with warm water, coffee and refreshment drinks all the time, it's a very traveller-friendly option as sometimes you just would like to grab a cup of coffee before you go. The room is also equipped with an Espresso machine, it's a good news to my boyfriend who needs a cup of coffee every morning. Besides, the hotel's location is just excellent, only a few minutes of walk away from the underground station. There are three supermarkets nearby with some good restaurants in walkable distance. Overall, it's an excellent hotel and we will definitely stay at the same hotel again if we go to London again in the future

   Great hotel for a short stay in East London. Location couldn't be better just a couple of mins from Bethnal Green tube station and high streets, with lots of shops, bars, restaurants, and quirky museums to visit. The City View room had a good view, although the room was a little small. But comfortable bed, smart tv, and very clean. Staff were fantastic, particularly Uche who helped with every request we had during our stay. And the hub downstairs is a good place to work, with lots of plug sockets, good WiFi, and free tea, coffee and water. Highly recommended for a short stay.

   First of all, the staff was really nice. As well check in as check out was totally easy and quick. We chose the ”twin room“ for our stay, but overlooked that those have no windows. Luckily we got a new room with a window. The room was an accessible room, so we had enough space. However, we could not turn off the room fan which was pretty noisy :( Without my ear plugs I could not have slept with this noise, so this needs to be considered when choosing this hotel. Also, the windows can’t be open up, which is quite unpleasant in the morning, where I love to get some fresh air. The train and bus station are just a 2 minute walk away, which is a plus. You need 15-30 minutes to get to the Oxford Street, Soho, Camden Market, Mayfair, Tower Bridge. All in all, I would not choose this hotel again, because I think there are better options for a similar price. Anyway, thanks for having us! :)

   the hotel is new, so the rooms are clean and comfortable. Yes the rooms are small, but for the price they are perfect IMPORTANT!!!!! make sure you book the Queen superior, otherwise you might get a windowless room because the Queens are randomly with or without window. we read some review about fire alarm starting randomly during the nights, never happened in 3 nights we were there, so apparently they got it fixed. also it was pretty quiet, even if the hotel was full, we didn't hear anyone in the other rooms.

   Fire alarm goes off from people showering too hot. Can not describe the sheer fear of being woken up mid sleep by the loudest alarm I've ever heard, in a windowless room on top. Scary experience. The alarm went off another two times during our stay. System needs serious fixing. Staff was nice, room was very clean. Would be okay for the price if it wasn't for the alarm.

   Easy self check-in. Staff quickly available to support if needed. Compact rooms but not too small. Very clean. Good quality bed, sheets and showers. Bar open till after 11. Great location at 100m from Bethnal Green metro.

   The rooms were small but immaculate with nice little touches to add to a comfortable stay. The check in could have been a bit smoother but everyone did their best to help to rectify the problem. The breakfast was perfectly good for one nights stay but would have needed more choice had we staying longer.
