Fine location, neat and efficient rooms. Good price/quality, if you are not keen on personal service. Very silent rooms. Only breakfast is not recommended. We do recommend the crown pub on a 3 minute walk for a local dish or drink.

Very convenient hotel- basic but has everything you need. There’s a bar downstairs which did great drinks! Check in was a little clunky, they had self-check in screens however the staff still needed to come over and add the key so a little pointless but I get it! The room was interesting, the bed reclines and you can move it into a sitting position. The view was great we could see the shard and St Paul’s from the window. Rooms were cozy but nice for a couple, might be a stretch to fit a child in. Everything was clean and tidy!

A 4-star rating for this hotel is incredibly generous. The room I was given was extremely small, with only the most basic facilities. It was so cramped that the mattress was pressed directly up against the wall, and the furnishings felt as cheap as they possibly could be. At £235 per night, I expected far better. Definitely not worth the cost.

Me and my friend planned a short trip to London and looked for an affordable hotel which was still clean and had was in a good location. And we were so happy with staying in this hotel. Very affordable for two interns and super clean. Room was really small but absolutely stunning. Really modern and bright. We felt really save there and it is close to the train station which was amazing. There is also a supermarket in the area so everything is just around the corner. The bathroom was separated by an almost transparent wall which put our friendship to the test but really nothing to complain about.

Okay… If you do not have 10 more cents to spend at another hotel, then stay here. It was clean and safe and the staff were friendly. The bed was reasonably comfortable. However— the room we had was microscopic. I’ve stayed in small places — we love Citizen M for example. This space was poorly organized. If the bed was fully extended, you couldn’t open the door all the way. And I would leave the room when my husband was using the toilet. Also, if you don’t eat meat, the breakfast is not worth the price.

Hotel was nice. Staff was very friendly. If you arrive earlier than check-in they will hold your bags. Rooms were small but nice for a single person or a couple. Not really much privacy in the bathrooms. The windows/doors were frosted but you can still see them in the bathroom so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with a partner that’s not a spouse/SO. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast wasn’t great. Just a simple English breakfast. Don’t really recommend including it. Mostly beans, meat, eggs and a whole lot of breads. I recommend getting breakfast from one of the nearby restaurants in the area. Walking distance to a lot of places. Hotel was in a good area. Easy access to tube station. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Everything about our stay was excellent, rooms are well maintained and clean. We reported our shower drain was draining slowly and they fixed it the same day we reported it. The rooms are small but they use the space really well. The room temperature is adjustable and they had it set nice and cool which made it easy to sleep during the August heatwave. Great amenities especially for the price. Close to public transportation, nearby shops, and restaurants all within a quick walk. Very pleased with our stay.

Great location. Nice and clean environment. I had a room with a bunk bed so i imagine its great for when travelling with someone to save cost, the room is rather small, so you can't spend much in it - but i guess you won't need to when in London ☺️ The room cleaning could be better though.
