   Warm friendly welcome. Bend over backwards to assist, if needed. Very comfortable bed, plenty of room, everything works well with latest keyboard touch control panels. Have now stayed 3 times and will certainly go again. Evening meal in Aviary was beautifully cooked, albeit small portions was enough. However, it was very uncomfortably noisy as the lounge bar was integrated with dining area and loud music causing raised voices to be heard has made it a no, no, for us on next stays.

   We had an amazing stay at The Montcalm London House – Royal. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and the atmosphere felt calm, clean, and luxurious. Our room was beautifully presented, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A special mention has to go to Daniela, who truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was absolutely perfect for us. Her warm, professional manner and attention to detail made our stay run unbelievably smoothly. She’s a credit to the hotel. The location is ideal, the facilities are spotless, and every member of staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be returning—highly recommended!

   This place was awesome. Great rooms, great spa facility, really cool lobby to hang out and work from with lots of snack. 2 really cool bars to meet people after working in the lobby. Breakfast was fantastic. I would suggest expanding the gym to add some heavier weights and more equipment but overall awesome awesome place and staff. Jordan in the lobby was outstanding and Ali was great too. Also the cleaning service lady with should length hair was fantastic I didn’t get her name but was really great. She kept me stocked up with nespresso pods and those delicious walker cookies - she had like 6 varieties such a nice treat to have in the very spacious rooms

   We stayed in a suite for my partners birthday having stayed here previously and not being happy with the stay the hotel made an extra effort to make the stay really enjoyable. There were balloons in the room and cakes and complimentary drinks. The hotel is well placed and is presented very nicely. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious. It was a lot different from the previous stay and felt like they had listened to feedback and improved ten fold! Following this visit, I would not hesitate to stay here again, it had the feel of a luxury hotel which is the way it should be.

   Absolutely outstanding service! The staff working at the hotel was absolutely incredible, kind, polite and always smiling! The manager Mary made sure we had truly amazing stay! It was our anniversary and my partner’s birthday and the hotel staff has made us feel extra special during our stay. Will definitely come and and recommend to anyone! Delicious fresh breakfast, lovely view, good vibes and absolutely AMAZING staff!

   Went to the spa here. Very lovely place. Staff were friendly from all areas. Facilities were small and average. Sauna out of order which my partner always enjoys. Not much privacy around the spa. We both got a massage and it was amazing. Both masseurs Rosa and Suna were lovely and friendly and did really good jobs. Definitely the best part of the visit. Don't think it was completely worth the money as you only get 1 hour use of facilities with offer.

   Lovely hotel. Attended only for a conference but thought the hotel was very stylish and the staff were very polite and welcoming. They were a little slow replenishing the cups for drinks, but overall they had a good team. I didn’t get to see the spa, although did see some people on their way to it and wanted to have a look, so maybe next time. Hotel is a good location to transport links, including bus and tube , both around a 5 minute walk or under.

   Absolutely amazing customer service. They are truly the meaning of a 5 star hotel in business district of London. It was quite a ride from the airport but that’s okay, you get to see some awesome things in the city while coming in. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Accommodations are lovely! I received a massage and facial. Very affordable compared to the states. Their rooftop bar makes delicious cocktails! And their breakfast is made promptly and sent up to your room upon request. The staff here truly take time to know you and accommodate you the best way they can. If you have business in the area I would absolutely recommend staying here. Very cute park across the street with several eateries pack a blanket to have a picnic on a nice day!

   Exceptional hotel located in the heart of London. Rooms are very comfortable and made with high-end materials. The staff is accommodating and helpful. Mainly I’d like to thank Alexandra from the front desk reception and Mary from the customer experience team for their tremendous support. It was a pleasure to stay at the Montcalm. The only issue I’d find was with the housekeeping service. I had an impression that rooms sometimes were not cleaned 100%. Besides that, it was all great.
