This hotel cancelled my booking and notified our third party that ‘we requested a cancellation’. Now we have to look for accommodation elsewhere on these dates which have now tripled in price.

Be careful I had a booking and without any warning with two weeks to go they cancelled without any reason given to us

I was expecting more for the price, our room was ridiculously small, the ensuite a narrow strip of a thing. Parking is shocking too, luckily I found a space, cheap, but a 20 minute walk away. Food options left a lot to be desired, we ended up eating in the nearby Dobar - highly recommended!

The hotel is very close to the underground station. There ale plenty of shops and cafes/restaurants nearby. The rooms ale small and the bathroom is tiny but there's everything you need, a hair dryer, an electric kettle and a comfortable bed.

The hotel is situated a 5 minute walking distance from Finsbury Park station and a selection of shops / cafes. The room itself was small but very cosy and the bed was clean as well as comfortable. For the price you are paying you will struggle to find much better value in and around London, would definitely recommend, particularly to couples looking to budget their stay. Staff were very friendly and informative from the beginning.

Very helpful polite staff, they made us feel welcomed. Clean rooms and the room was spacious and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds! Prefect location for travel around the city finsbury park station has the best travel links in and out of London. I will definitely book again when I stay in london as it was great value for money and prefect for my family.

It did the job. A great cheap place to stay in London. Modern room, although we requested a room with three beds and they confirmed we'd be getting one, then when we arrived there were only two beds (that still slept 3 people). Didn't think it was worth raising. Not the best entrance as we seemed to be entering through the back and had to walk past a pile of building rubbish/debris, but again for the price and location it does the job.

For £50 a night and 5 mins walk from Finsbury Park, this is a good deal. The outside is a bit shabby and the rooms are small but they are spotless. There also weren't a lot of staff to hand - just one security guy when we were there - but pleasant enough service. Our room had a good size wardrobe, mini safe, hair dryer, tea and coffee and complementary apple muffins! But no fridge. On-site parking in a secure car park for £15.
