   I have really enjoyed my 3 weeks stay at Nadine's place. I had my own tidy room with a sink and furniture, I was provided simple breakfast (toast, jams, fruit, cornflakes, milk, tea/coffee) and the house was tidy and quiet. Room was cleaned and bedding changed weekly. Best way to book a room is to call the number provided and the price was £40 per night with breakfast included. I would recommend it for anyones staying short-term in London. Also, if you are travelling by car there are free on street parking spaces available.

   A nice house but not a real b&b, not fire proofed. Also the guest downstairs made noise until 3am. There's no noise policy. Nadine you should have quiet time between 11pm & 7am for guests to sleep as most other guest houses do. I feel sorry for your neighbours as this is a nice peaceful residential area.

   Nadine, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating with my early arrival. The room was comfortable with good shared bathroom facilities. Excellent convenient location in East Dulwich, useful for bus links and the Overground isn't too far away. Great value for money too.
