Hi everyone staying here be very careful of the customer service. The manager Amara is very rude and lacks people skills. I paid 480 pound for one night, the room.i paid for was not what they gave me. Then to make it worse the bed was not made, the fridge had milk in there from another guest, no towels, no dressing gowns. Toothpaste or brushes, no water. Then turns out its the wrong room they moved me after 1 hour of discussions. Then the second room was also bad view worst than the first, the air conditioning wasn't working and I was told its comminnsense because we will not have air conditioning due to it being December. No one told us this in check in. Then the third room which I was given was also wrong. The staff shouted at me and my fiance. They had no customer service. I will and have reported this to agoda. I will be talking with the area and country manager as I also work in hotels this was appalling. No manager tried to help he said its common sense we have no air conditioning. Let that be. The real issue is the room I paid for and paid 480 pounds in was told ots not available have the wrong room. I will also like to add a staff member swore at me and shouted. I have had friends who stayed here, all said rooms were not great. I advise do not stay, its only good for location. Money for value in return there are 100s better hotels. Rooms are old and very out dated.

You are paying for the location. The service was terrible. Rooms were not in great condition. I spent two nights there where I had to complain about hot water more than four times, maintenance came three times and spoke to three managers and all I was offered in compensation was a $60 voucher for a meal in the restaurant - one person would never eat that much. Food in the restaurant was cold and tasteless. Breakfast was cold and tasteless with lots of staff standing around doing nothing for long periods of time. I didn't use the $60 as I fell asleep. I was finally moved to a new room after becoming very angry and upset. I travelled from Australia and was treated like an idiot. New room had hot water straight away. They have a sign saying how to conserve water but told me to run the shower for fifteen minutes to get hot water- didn't work. I do not recommend. Also, moved me to a room where the heater was not plugged in, TV wasn't working (had to get it fixed) and a worse view than the original room.extremely disappointed. Toilets don't flush and walls were being painted so had to be careful not to get paint on you and the smell of paint was awful. Would not recommend and would not stay again. I missed large amounts of time I could have been exploring England because i was trying to have a hot shower. I travelled from Australia and was treated poorly. Angry at my treatment.

This hotel has very low value for money - look for another place if available. The hotel is massive (over 1000 rooms) and very badly kept. Many in reviews are pleased with the view but only some 10 % get the Tower Bridge view. It takes a long time to get in your room as there are only 4 elevators for these 2000plus people. Another 10 minutes you wander the smelly, worn-out isles to your room. Room doors have holes and have been drilled open several times. Toilet does not flush properly and tiles are loose and some missing. Rooms are freezing cold, but they still keep the air conditioning on cold and provide single tiny radiators instead. Eco is not a value here - after cleaning all lights are left on for the entire day. They have nice looking restaurants in the building, but the breakfast room is one from the 80s. I am happy I did not have to pay for myself but I am sad for my company to have wasted their money. The location is fine for Thames & Tower and the staff is decent, and bonus for having enough hot water - that was definately a positive surprise.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights, and overall the experience was acceptable. The room view was the highlight of the stay, but the lobby consistently smelled like fish, and the room needs some renovation, especially the bathroom. The hotel offers self check-in, which was quick and convenient, but the gym is small with limited equipment. The location is good, around an 8-minute walk to Tower Hill Underground Station, which is definitely a plus. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping service was good. For me, this was the first and last time I will book here.

The view was incredible from our room! Perfect, undisturbed view of Tower Bridge and the Thames, seeing it all lit up at night was a real treat! The room itself was comfortable, fit for purpose and the staff were lovely. The only negative I can see really were the staff in the vicinity restaurant stood right over us whilst we were eating, which was a little bit uncomfortable. They were polite enough but it made us feel a bit judged as they seemed to be watching us eat.

Amazing views from our room. Probably the best view you can have in London from your room. The location is excellent with walking distance to tower pier. The restaurant on site was amazing. Only thing is breakfast was very busy and have to join the Congo line so not got 5 stars!

Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms luxurious, clean and comfortable. Location amazing, easy to get by a variety of different transport options. Food and drink good, slightly pricey but your in London.. Didn't get chance to see and use all it's facilities but will try to when I hopefully return, can't wait.

Had a great stay here. Nice and clean room overlooking Thames. Had view of half of the tower bridge which looked amazing at night (there are dedicated rooms with full view of tower bridge, but obviously you'd have to pay more for that). Decent space equipped with blow-dryer, iron and ironing board, safe lock. Bathroom was clean but found it a bit small comparatively. And old as well. Can do better with renovation. Amazing staff. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Breakfast was okay. There was a huge line for the breakfast. Apparently we picked the wrong time for breakfast. There are posters in the lift as well as common washrooms that it's busy after 9am and we could avoid rush if we go early. But we didn't imagine it would be this busy! There is parking available on premises, although payable. £25 for 24 hrs which is okay as compared to other 24 hrs parking lot nearby.

Amazing views of the Thames, Tower Bridge, city views, and beautiful marina at the back. Great location close to many landmarks. Very friendly and accommodating staff who made us feel at home. They were so nice to our 2 years old boy. Staff at the reception, restaurant, room service were all friendly. I didn’t get the named of many nice employees but I remember Grace at the restaurant and the lady manager were super nice! Such great people here. Really great experience. Only thing i would add is the rooms would need some refreshing, renovation. But the bed were comfortable. Would stay again! Will miss this place! Cheers!
